What made Borderlands suck was linear and repetitive missions, not so unique characters, and was not as open world. Fallouts great with its character developments and great action, im disappointed with RAGE's lack of character development, but its gameplay and story will make u forget such lack of creative freedom

From what i've seen, it doesn't look like there are many different weapons in each archetype, so I wouldn't call this a Borderlands or Fallout sequel like many of you idiots are doing. It has many similarities, but there are many different mechanics in what I've seen. This looks like a FPS in an RPG world, sort of like BF/CoD mixed with Fallout/Borderlands. It also has drones, vehicles, and tactical weapons e.g. electrified crossbow to electrify enemies in water. I'm excited for it, can't wait!
