the voice is taeyang's. btw, it is almost impossible (with current tech) to simply input a song in a different language and have it output to english. Percentage of error is tremendous and not to mention, it may screw up other aspects of the song such as timbre and pitch.

lolz, what happened was that in the original english song, they didn't have the sound @1:22-1:26 so I had to split the english version there, merge it a bit with the korean version (which was "oh, oh, yeah" like you said) to lead into the sound at 1:22. I tried to make it sound more like "oh, oh baby, yeah~" but i guess i might have cut a bit too much... xD
