she is very funny, in a historic perspective she is pioneer. She said things that today seem common but in those day were very controversial. Love her!

Back in 1986 Johnny didn't give her perm guest host to the Tonight show and she was so good at it and Fox offered her The Late show starring Joan Rivers and once that happened Johnny never forgave her. U can google Joan's show and it was pretty good and she was looking out for her future and Joahnny had Jay Leno and Gary Shandling as his guest hosts. When Johnny's son died she sent him a letter and he never returned it. I think she woul dhave continued the Tonight show the way Carson did.

Joan and Johnny really had a great rapport. It's too bad they had that falling out. I believe she would have continued Johnny's way of hosting a Late night talk show. "The Tonight Show" is never going to get that spark back. Thanks for the post.
