  • hey guys, get your spelling right! it's PANUNTUKAN, the root word of which is SUNTOK (punch).

    people insisting on misspelling it as 'panantukan' should know that it doesn't mean anything in the philippines except sound like a mangled version of the word 'ANTOK' which means SLEEPY! = )

  • @necessitto thanks for your suggestion. I'm familiar with the root word and alternate spelling and in other FMA systems I teach that's the spelling we use. However, in the Inosanto system, Guro Dan Inosanto spells it as Panantukan. Since it's the way it was taught to him by his Manongs and what he uses, that's what we use when teaching his system.
