By my observation, it seems that the faces made for the Theodore Tugboat series would have been easier to make than faces made for TUGS or Thomas the Tank Engine.

The eyes on the tugboat models, though, seem to be made in the same way as those in the TUGS series. The eyes are painted on a white tube which turns descends, and rises to simulate eye movement

And the eye brows and mouth are just these little red strips that they paste onto the mask. I always thought they looked like string in the first season but after that they looked like bands.

Annapolis isn't in there. The gray one's Isabelle and the red one is Katherine.

You can tell the difference because Katherine has more colors than Inverness. Inverness is just red and white. Katherine has a gray and black stripe on her side. Just look at her closer.

Snorri wasn't all that scary. But try comparing him to Hector. Phew...

And does anybody notice Rebecca has a different face than she does in other episodes? Her face is darker and her eyes are static. She had that face in a few episodes like "Theodore the Jokster" and "Theodore and the Iceberg" before they decided to paint it and make her eyes move which I think is much much better.

Yeah, like I said, that's not Annapolis, that's Isabelle. Annapolis has a green hull. You see her in "George's Turn".

It's actually neither. Doing some looking I looked and it's neither Annapolis or Isabelle, it's a repainted Olympia. Take a look at the head, it's in the middle of her body. Isabelle and Annapolis's Heads are the front near there bow like Margaree Pride.

Looking further, this is a kit-bashed ship. How do i Know? I've decided to break out this old info pamphlet from Nova Scotia i've got, the making of Theodore Tugboat. (Expect this to be tubed eventually...)

Anyways, they had several scenes and one was the ships. The Grey ship has Isabelle's Model but Olympia or Kirby's head. The name was was still Isabelle so kudos go to Magic Xpress
