Kind looks like you're in an automatic and/or traction control was on. You never really got the back end to step out. Get into a bigger parking lot with no obstacles, get some speed and then start using the steering wheel. You'll have a LOT of fun. :) Or better yet, start rally-crossing!

It is possible in numerous ways. Torsen diff in quattro drivetrains can partition torque between front and rear only to some extent. When the bias is more than 75%, it starts acting like and open one and power goes to onle axle only. It was also possible that the open rear differential caused the wheelspin.
