  • fwiw this is not my video. i found it posted on a message board and put it on here. @seeradog did you see how happy he was when he was explaining about shooting a dove before the video started? doesn't look like child abuse to me and i haven't been contacted by authorities in five years. i've only suffered ignorant comments from dolts like you. go crap in some other corner of the internet unless you don't mind looking like an idiot!

  • Its good for kids to learn about/with guns at an early age. But not that young. And really?! You make a video about your son falling over?! Shame on you. You give your american culture a bad name.

  • It's wrong so wrong. Child abuse.

  • I started out shooting around 8 & it didnt take long to understand what happens when you discharge a firearm, its not like in the movies & I knew that at an early age, alot of the accidental shootings that happen are young people pointing the gun at a friend & pulling the trigger without having any understanding of what may happen, early training is a good thing & I mean firing a gun not just some classroom info, main rules,SAFETY ON ALWAYS,NEVER POINT AT ANYONE,LEARN HOW TO VERIFY ONE IN CHAMBER.

  • only in america

  • Omg poor kid, lol. Just like my brother

  • poor boy the shot gun kicked him too much for him

  • that is too dangerous teach yuor kid how to shoot

  • lol that was just cute, reminds me of the first time i shot a shot gun, I was 7 years old and intead of bird shot i had a 000 Buck shot in a Over and Onder 12 ga. It Kicked my ass, now i'm 21 and I'll shoot anything

  • It's good to see the tradition of hunting and recreational shooting still being taught to the youth in America. Hunting, shooting, and firearm ownership is alive and well and will be for generations to come.

  • WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT DOVE HUNTING? I liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiike ittt.

  • hats off to lil man took it better den most people on here, and yes it is important to teach them at a young age to respect firearms.

  • yea redneck!

  • Typical Red neck :D

  • aw! i heart this little guy :) he reminds me of a southern version of my little brother. :) haha

  • lol did I get it?! classic

  • nice vid ur kids preety tough to take that hit

  • that is one tough little kid! props to him!

  • @Tharulerme

Sounds like you're a little jealous and probably resentfull because you are a subject (peasant), of your Euro-Socialist government and are not allowed or trusted to own firearms.

  • If you want to know, I am against europe just as much as I am against america, just as much as I am against any country in the world. As for governments, there has never been anything I did for any government or nation and I do not support any current existing form of society. Neither will I ever wield something that was made for killing.

I hope one day someone shows that kid the path of life and not the path of death. To end life at that age, already hiding behind a real rifle - it's sickening.

  • That's life. Humans are carnivors and killing animals for food is nature, just as natural as a bear or lion killing their food. It's tradition in many parts of America to teach our young to hunt and use firearms and there's nothing you or anyone else can do about it so either you except it or just never visit America. Either way I don't care what you do.

  • @Tharulerme

So what you're saying is... you're a retard? Any anarchist is a fucking idiot. You can't have civilization without government.

  • @Tharulerme

Enjoy getting shot. DON'T WORRY. YOUR HAND SHIELDS WILL PROTECT YOU!

  • damn he looks like a pretty good shot

  • no offense but ya kinda sound like herbert the pervert from famialy guy

  • haha awesome!!!! only in America. hey JUNKEN21 don't be jealous....your envy smells like euro trash :)

  • EL RETROCESO ES MENTAL

  • I agree, i can see that kid becoming a redneck.

  • bet anyone didnt know that you could certainly acquire this for no charge? just google "ps3bigskydownload" and click the 1st link. we downloaded it yesterday evening on my portable computer and have been actively playing is all day!

  • haha thats great he gets blown over and the first thing he says is DID I GET HIM?

  • Thats how you raise a kid, big balls

  • respect for the boy

  • Was soll das? Soll es noch mehr durchgeknallte Waffenspinner geben? Gebt doch schon Babys eine Waffe.

  • Die spinnen die Ammis. Jeder Ammi ein Rambo.

  • i downloaded playstation games on my computer for sure enough free. just google "ps3 quick download" and is it the very first link. What a absolutely awesome ps3 video game site... :) All the latest games can be downloaded from the "ps3 quick download" website! just google "ps3quickdownload"

  • ههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههههه

  • lol i wana see one of a kid shooting a 10 guage

  • fuckin city slicks i am with you dude these guys are gueers who dont know shit

  • im with ya on that one

  • wow all you guys are a bunch of fuckin city queers. thats a fucken sweet video!

  • !!! It's very IRRESPONSIBLE !!!

  • 12 guage plus 4 year old=bad combo putt him on a 410 to start, or make him tough

  • Good job young man. You shot the gun, fell down, got right up, and picked up the shotgun while pointing it in safe direction.

I'd take you shooting any time. Keep it up and keep it fun..

  • @Springr1911

From the video, we cannot tell whether or not that the rifle was pointed in a "safe" direction.

Placing a lethal weapon in the hands of any four-year-old with or without supervision is not a good idea.

  • shut the hell up

  • @drdos1943

Rifle? That's a single shot "SHOTGUN". A shotgun pointed up in the air on a bird hunt IS a safe direction. It sounds as though as he was being supervised by his dad, WITH THE CAMERA.

It's obvious you know absolutly nothing about firearms and shooting.

  • Are we looking at the same video? Are you responding to the comment written by me (drdos1943), or by someone else? The following was my comment:

"From the video, we cannot tell whether or not that the rifle was pointed in a "safe" direction.

Placing a lethal weapon in the hands of any four-year-old with or without supervision is not a good idea."

    I stand by that commentary.

Oh yes...I am a member of the Texas Skeet Shooters Association

  • @drdos1943

It's odd that a member of the TSSA would call that a "RIFLE", when it's obviously a single shot shotgun. It's hard to tell from the video but I would bet that it was a .410 loaded with low brass #7 or #9 shot. That is the norm for dove hunting. Of course if he was older and bigger he would probably be shooting a 12 guage.

Also the kid appears to know what he's doing, much more than some adults I have known, so he lost his balance, he doesn't care,he's tough, he's having fun.

  • @ShootInArn

All shotguns are rifles; but not all rifles are shotguns... and I must agree that this 4-year, with or without direction, knows more about handling a firearm than many adults. You could be right about its being a .410 and non-toxic loads, though some places require steel. However, I still stand by my commentary.

  • tools!!!!!!!!!!

  • One of the only videos on youtube where the parents aren't drunk letting their kids shoot their guns.

  • You're kidding right? That kid could have tripped and blown his head off.

  • He couldn't have even touched the trigger if the gun was pointing anywhere near him, because he's so short.

  • Maybe he fell, turned and blew away the head of his dad?

  • More likely that the gun would asplode in his face than that.

  • kill his parents!

  • hey good on him hes having a go good for him! 5stars

  • hahaha they acted like nothing happened. He just got up "did i get him, did i get him" hahaha

  • lol

  • FUCKIN LOL

  • i dont think you spelled that right hehe...

  • Fuck you canto de cabron.

  • Colombine part 2 coming up...

  • I doubt that

  • Just not a good idea to have a child learn how to shoot.. Let him get older for that.

  • You have no clue what you're talking about, you've never been around guns have you? It's important to teach a child to leran how to shoot at a young age so that when they are older they are safe, I have seen it before, people taught how to shoot at 15 or 16 are have far less respect for firearms ad are more unsafe than someone who was taught at ages 5-10

  • Lol im around guns everyday...so muchi sleep with them..

  • What are you in the military? What age were you taught gun safety?

  • @clarkscoolskool

    You're awesome.

  • @ZachCraft People just seem to assume they know something about firearms and shooting because they played video games or read something by some liberal who spews crap about why firearms are "bad".

  • @clarkscoolskool

No kidding. Someone taught early on will learn to respect firearms and the destruction they can bring: when used WRONG. If taught early, they'll learn how to use them right, under complete control of the person wielding it.

  • @ZachCraft I have many instances where knowing how to use a firearm correctly may have saved my life or someone elses. People who are unknowlegdable about firearms won't ever understand (and many aren't willing to try and understand).

  • @clarkscoolskool yup thats how i was raised im 16 and i have better shooting and safe gun control than most adults i see @ the fireing range. my dads an ex-marine and a deputy so i was born woth a 22. rifle in my hands

  • @clarkscoolskool Why do people need to "be around guns" to begin with? Oh well, maybe in your neck of the woods... Don't get me wrong, I think (law abiding normal) citizens should have the right to own firearms if they want to, but I'm not a fan of every Tom, Dick and Harry on the planet being around guns.

  • @filmidioten No one needs to be around guns. But people should have the right to own firearms. I seriously doubt that a substantial amount of people believe that a criminal should be allowed to own a firearm, so I don't really see what your point is. if it's that only law abiding citizens should be allowed to own firearms then you agree probably over 95% of legal gun owners. But I was making a comment about firearm safety, not whether or not guns should be legal.

  • @filmidioten

The problem with that is.. Who get's to decide which Tom Dick or Harry get's to own one. That's a sticky situation. The boy in this vid is 100% all American boy. Granted, I would have started him off with a BB gun but to each their own. He jumped right up, had a good time with dad.

  • @filmidioten FBI crime statistics for 2010, there's a home burglary every 14 seconds in the USA, and there's an 80% or greater chance that the burglar is armed and dangerous.

You'll teach a kid how to dial 911, how not to talk to strangers (pedos), how not to put the wrong things in their mouths, but you won't teach them how to be safe around the most dangerous of things like guns???

It's better to teach them the right way than to let them figure it out on their own.

  • haha that must of felt good

  • lol, why is he shooting a 12 gauge..should be using like a .410

  • agreed

  • maybe even a .22

  • hahaha! Awesome video!

  • ummm this would be cool and all if you actually taught him that this is the only time he should use a gun. but instead he says "i shot it in the ****in head"

  • hillbillies do the weirdest things

  • well he looks like hess 4 years old gotta fall soometime in ur life lol

  • yeah my point is this kid might be that person who comebreaks in ya house and points a gun at you no one knows how this kids life is goin to turn out and if it ends up bad then he will youse his experiance with guns against other people not sayin this excect kid hes probly a good kid and grow up to be something its young americans like you think its cool to own guns. and your the bitch be a man and grow some balls and fight with your body

  • thats y its city folks that allways commit the crimes maybe 1/10 is a all natural redneck lol when you grow up around guns and experienced elders theres a very slim chance that person will end up robbing a bank or something

  • THATS WHY YOU TEACH THEM WHAT GUNS ARE FOR AND WHAT THEY CAN DO YOU FUCKTARD YOU ALSO MAKE SURE THEYRE AROUND THEM ENOUGH AND GET THE POINT ACROSS THAT THERE FOR FUCKING HUNTING

    caps lock sryy

  • I was 7 when I shot my first .12 gauge. There is nothing wrong with it as long as they are taught responsibility. That what's wrong with America: No one is held responsible for their actions.

  • correct well said

  • red neck hick

  • good shot kid! you almost did it

  • what kind of father is that lol

  • GEDDEMGEDDEMGEDDEMGEDDEM

    LMAO

  • i dont want you or any other american gun loving person to take this the wrong way but what fucking idiot lets a little kid fire or even touch a shotgun no wounder your country has so much gun crimes and 187s when little kids are brought up with guns.its not funny...sorry to be the spoil sport its just not right

  • so hunting... isnt right?

    how is it wrong?

    ITS NATURE

  • no they deserve to live just like you do but i wasent on about that i was sayin it isint right for a kid that small to be growing up with guns.... it might be american culture but its still not right

  • well whats wrong with it?

if hes not taught about guns at a small age, then i can almost assure there will be an accident that may cost someone their life, because he didnt teach the young kid BUT he did and that a good thing

sure he didnt need to let him shoot the gun and hurt himself like that but if you dont teach, they dont know

  • lol just lik what palin said a while back "why do u hunters have to kill wild animals for meat? cant you just go to the store and get it where no animals are harmed???

  • i dont like any of the parties so please dont remind me, rccooper95

  • how does nature fit into this again? oh ya its people KILLING IT

  • whats wrong with killing an animal to put food on your family's table?

lol biker you remind me of sara palin

  • ya well you remind me of george bush you hick, you cant even spell her name right, its Sarah Palin

  • its just not right knowign if someone breaks into my house and points a gun at my kids that im not gonna pull out a gun and shoot him dead, yup thats nice, cower in fear liek al lyou alien bitches.stand up or die trying.dotn just wait for somethign to happen.

  • is not a boy!!! is an alien!!! xD

  • YOU ROCK,

  • lets shoot your classmates tomorrow

  • lol thats a future redneck right there but still though thats pretty good for so young

  • he will grow up to be a green beret

  • You know, I'd say he needs a little more time at the range. He needs to practice keeping a better hold on the gun.

  • haha reminds me of when i first shot a 12 guage and amen for taking him hunting and leting him be around guns you are a true american dad!! :-)

  • AMEN TO THAT!!!!!!!!! i remember the first time i went full auto...... good times....... ;) (btw we had the fbi come out with all kindsa good stuff)

  • lol right on just keep those guns locked up and away from him until its shooting time

  • seriously though

  • thats great that his father is teaching his kid at such a young age and teaching him to hunt. wonderful....

  • mercenari

  • That kids a badass.

  • now thats what happens to people who dont know what recoil is

  • cute! you can tell he will be raised up to be a pretty good sportsman

  • Comment removed

  • you do know that people who are introduced to guns early and legally own guns make up less than 5% of all gun crimes. its probably even less than that.

  • OMFG THAT WAS AWESOME! LOL

  • thats frikin awsome!

  • ELMER FUDD AS A KID!!

  • i lol'd

  • Yes, this young man did well! I was raised the same way, so shall my kids,

no pain no gain, and they must learn to respect the gun, good way too teach! and he is a champ for falling and being anxious to see if he achieved his goal.

  • ass hole dad becuz he put him in a ton bush!!

good job kid good start!!!! i hope that dad coments me back i'll give him a pice of my mine ass hole!

  • WTF! Why do these sneaky sissies insist on bringing up school shootings?? WTF does this have to do with school shootings?? There are no parallels between this video and a bunch of pussies shooting up a school. You shit eating libs need to fuck off, and not watch the video. You and your complete ignorance of firearms, hunting, or anything relating to a good time, that doesn't involve smoking weed and beating off animals. Once again. Go fuck yourself with a cock shaped vegetable.

  • You couldn't be more wrong. Introducing a child to a gun early takes the mystery out of it. They see it as a tool. This kid won't shoot up his school, if anything he'll be the one taking out the kid who is.

  • my son sot a barret 50 cal. his arm and half of his body ripped apart....HAHAHAH just kidding good start kid good start....

  • Baz sucks dead dogs dicks

  • rednecks

  • great way to learn...tought it up and man up. congrats kid.

  • Man I gotta say I agree here, I'd let my son shoot a 9mm a .22 but giving them a 12 or 20 gauge shotgun is a bit ridiculous. He obviously can't handle it and the but of that gun could seriously fuck him up if he holds it wrong. Give the boy a bolt action .22 and start him with a squirell.

  • what a rider kid gets kicked by a mule and all he wants to know is if he got'um... classic...BLAZE ON

  • you know im all for letting little kids shoot a 22. but why the hell would you let a kid that young shot a 12g. bad parents.

  • Fucking rednecks!

  • did i get him

  • lmao.

  • pure redneckesse

  • What the fuck????

MAN THIS IS A KID YOU COMPLETELY IDIOT!!

  • The kid learns recoil.

  • No need to be an ass....albet I chuckled a bit....

Where do I find said boomerang bullets?

  • its not bad parenting u idiot he jst didnt want to scare him he wud say good shot instead of like omfg r u ok that would of scared him so shut the fuck up

  • Sadly the mother tripped as she ran up to kiss his ass for the lethal butt bruise and the child finally exploded from being too cute, raining cuteness over a 40 mile square area...

    Anouther tragic family outting indeed.

But you are correct - never point a gun at what you don't want to shoot.

  • :-) ok, I think I got it now...

The hollywood boomerang bullet swung around & "skipped" off a birds nest full of gunpowder to re-arm itslef then slamed its way into the chamber - knocking the kid onto his rear...

As he turned the gun re-cocked itself from a stiff breeze & even though it never was really pointed at the father the bullet again left the chamber & curved to ricochet off of the beer can in his hand & hit him square in the camera.

  • Not sure what the problem is...

Maybe it was those Hollywood boomerang bullets that somehow curve & return to hurt you?

    Or that he fell?

a butt bruise can be fatal ?

one kiss from Mom should cure that :-P

rolling up a kid in bubble wrap might make you feel better but it doesn't do much to raise a kid with the skills he needs to be an adult.

  • I think you missed possibly 2 most important portions of a hunters saftey course then.

"Treat every gun like it's loaded"

"Don't point a gun at anything you don't intend to destroy"

I'm not worried about him getting hurt by the recoil(a good bruise on the sholder is healthy IMO) it's him pointing the muzzle of the gun in an unsafe direction. Why teach a child bad habits.

  • wow bad parenting

  • So many things wrong with this video... I appreciate the fathers attempt to capture a memory, and I realize it's a single shot gun, but it was still dangerous the way it played out. He should probably consider downgrading too a 20 gauge.. I realize it's a bit small for ducks but a 12 is a bit too strong apparently

    Safety first my friend

  • apparently the kid had no problem using the gun, he seemed to enjoy it...didn't seem it hurt him

  • It's no him I'm worried about. I think it was damn funny he got knocked on his ass. But muzzle control muzzle control muzzle control

  • prediction: the kid is dead by the time he's 10

  • Your an idiot.

  • Looks to me like the father was trying to get a cute video of his son shooting a shotgun - Other than a cheap camera its a priceless clip.

The only danger the kid was in was from exploding from being too cute.

I'm glad theres still fathers who spend time with there kids, So many don't get that

  • dude that gun is way to strong give him a 410 or summin i men damn

  • i got to be proud of him

  • this id is extreme and hardcore he deservs props

  • is that kids father fukin retarded why would u give a fivr year old a shotgun

  • wow what a nub

  • leave him alone, hes like 5?

  • I see how so many people here equate teaching their kids to shoot guns with being a redneck. I guess we should just trust everything to the government who only have our best interests at heart right?

I just love those city people, please stay there and leave us alone.

  • NICE. throw a dead duck out there while he's on the ground next time, lol.

  • there not rednecks. people mistake that word from deep southern like me

  • Isn't this technically illegal? Minors aren't allowed to use ordinance.

  • Nope, but parental supervision is required. The recoil might be a tad too much for him. Either that or work on a more balanced stance. He'll grow into it sooner or later. He's a tough kid.

  • I guess, I don't really care about guns, I'm pretty sure Obama will ban them before his Putsch

  • Banning them and actually taking them away are two different things.

Anyone can ban anything with a stroke of the pen and a few drops of ink, confiscating will cost a whole lot more in blood.
