There was never in history a country called "Palestine". It was an overlooked province of the Ottoman Turk empire for 400 years, until the Ottomans lost WWI. Then they signed treaties giving control to Britain. Britain divided the land, most to Arabs, some to Jews. All legal. All just. No theft.
Later, in 1967, Arabs lost land in Palestine when their imperialist war failed. Cry me a river.

There was never a state of Palestine.
Palestine was never in history ruled by local Arabs. For 400 years it was a minor part of the Ottoman Turk empire. They lost it to Britain in WWI. The British divided it with most land for Arabs, some land for Jews, and the UN backed that and Israel was born.
All legal and just.
Then for 63 straight years Arabs tried to steal Israeli land.

Prior to 1948 and the creation of the state of Israel in Mandate Palestine, the natives were considered Palestinians for all intents and purposes. The Arabs who did not become Israeli citizens and lived in the remaining Palestine, remained Palestinians. The UN did back the state of Israel in Palestine, not all.

@blue222blue I think your historical facts may be a bit skewed, as the 1967 war was not one of aggression by the Arabs, but rather started when Israel launched a surprise attack against Egypt in what they called a "preemptive strike". These kinds of actions are only considered to defensive in nature when prior approval is obtained through the UNSC. In any case, International law makes no distinction between the two when it comes to the admissibility of land by war.

That was the start, after which Egypt got involved, then Syria.
Egypt was closing waterways and massing troops on the border. Syria, Jordan, Iraq, even the Gulf states and Pakistan joined in.
What choice did Israel have? Cry to the UN?

Just because America (unlike almost every single other member of the UN) hasn't condemned the actions of Israel does not mean that there is nothing to condemn.
Pushing people off of their land so that foreign Jewish settlers can live their is against international law. If the United States didn't have their back for the past half century, Israel would never have gotten away with these crimes and the international community would have stopped them.
