It could be difficult to maintain, but if it is done properly an Alfa can go on forever, at least if you handle it the right way.
In my opinion the 146 is a very beautiful car and with a 1.8 or 2.0 it's very fast too. At the moment I have a 155 2.0 16V S. Nice to drive, it's quite fast and it corners good. Others have to come up with something good to keep up with it.
@Aubreyibbes He suspended the front wheels. In less than 100 m he reaches 70-80 Km/h. That's even faster than a Gallardo. I have the 1.7 Boxer (higher revs and more BHP - 180) and it's still not accelerating like that. Plus, the car is not shaking at all. Grow UP! Look for a life
@Aubreyibbes look at the km counter...how can you get to 100 km/h in 200 meters? and i have a 145 also, but boxer. with the wheels lifted, you don't meet any drag or resistance (the wheels are spinning freely). if you think this is for real, then a ferrari or a lambo should get to 100km/h in approx 50 meters of maybe less
@m1strzunio air gauge...it isn't very easy to understand what do you mean with the word "airgauge"...if you would say air filter or flowmeter...i've got the same car with the same engine, it's so exciting to take it to the limit!!!

This is very fast for a 1.4 motor.
I have alfa 146 1.4 TS to, but it doesn' t go that fast. Just impressing.

W 2.0 bym uwierzył, ale 1.4? 103KM to sporo, ale bez przesady, nie dało by rady tak uciągnąć na seryjnym osprzęcie.

Yes it is standard 1.4TS, but with airgauge from 2.0TS. I make one mistake and start with too high rpm ;/

Indeed, a lot of rpm, but it's difficult to just get the right rpm's for a perfect sprint.
But it's fast though!
An Air gauge from a 2.0 TS, could you descripe it for me, cause I can't find one solid translation?
Is it an 'air mass meter'? Is this another word for it, or is this something else?

I don't know how it is in english but it should be air mass meter :)
Alfa is good car but sometimes difficult to maintain, next time i buy 146 1.8 or 2.0ti :)

I have no idea how a car, revcounter, speedo, etc. reacts when the wheels are lifted.
It all seems to react normally(?).
(But, you have a 33, 1.7 with 180 bhp?) That's a lot too. ???????????
