oh yeah...ur bod was definitely in shock! it is amazing when ur around ppl who don't include ANYTHING green--ever--in their diet. Like you, i'm not judging; i just find it so amazing that's all...I mean c'mon...some frozen peas, lettuce, a stringbean..something! lolol! Anyway, luv'd ur testimony to the goodness of juicing!
I thought I was going to kick the bucket at one point...I felt just that bad inside...I told my hubby that "I think they were trying to oust me!"lol...And, as soon as I got away from there and began my normal diet again, I improved dramatically. Can you believe...everything in the kitchen was brown (meats of all kinds, gravies), white (gravies, sauces, creams, and potaotoes) or and one green (some sweet pickles) LOL
I never want to experience that again...ever! :) LOL
Hi there!! Guess what; I too had to go out and buy more ginger this afternoon! (smiling) I love the way it tastes with the veggies...it gives a punch and it's soothing on the tummy! Ginger has become my favorite "spice". :0) thanks for watching my video. Tell me about your juicing experiences, if you'd like...I'd love 2 hear/read them. :) thanks again, Nina
I would consider blending the fruits and veggies just as good as the juicing method; just a bit thicker; but add ice and it's awesome too. I use the pulp to make dried leathers for the children to eat as a snack; I also make bread at home and use the pulp to add a special touch. :0) I look forward to hearing from you again my friend; please pray for my self control and resistance of those bad foods. :) God bless you,
OMG, why did you subject yourself to that????? You know that stuff will kill ya!! :(
Would you say that using the fruits and veggies that you name for juicing, being put in a smoothie is the same as juicing?? What do you do with the pulp?
