Kudos to Dr Marandi, his points are thoroughly convincing. Btw, how could any Iranian prefer to have his country sanctioned? The powers seeking to isolate Iran consider sanctions as a prelude to destroying the country slowly, like they did to Iraq (remember, after a decade of cruel sanctions that only killed Iraqi civilians, they invaded, causing a war which killed another million). It is naive to assume that without the current regime, Iran would stand a chance against the imperialist designs.

@greeko25 True but back then they had no choice. I remember the tension when India tested its nuclear missiles. If Pak didnt develop their nukes, India would have nuked Pak. Tensions were incredibly high. I lived through it. Having said that, the world needs to get rid of nukes.
