hi - I too am taking phentermine and I have been taking it for 3mos. and I have gone from 292lbs. to 260lbs. in the 3 mos. I've been taking it. All I do is walk for about 30mins an hour. If it is raining I march in place while I am watching something on tv and I drink plenty of water and I take a daily vitamin to help me keep up the energy. Good luck to you and I wish you well.
