Mate, we don't want to hear about your life story, Just say you have no life and your set. Your 20-30 years old and your talking about your computer. Get married, have a couple of kids and bang. :D;D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
I'm stuck between replacing my TX750 with this. I was going to get an HX750, but this one is $30 cheaper. I've never any problems from Corsair PSU's, but I've also never used a Thermaltake PSU. What to do... what to do...
I have the exact PSU. Altho at load i get a quiet high pitched noise. Not capacitor noise its the voltage regulators. So people who buy this who hate noise AT ALL watch out.
lol to prevent melting are you actually serious haha the cables are braided to look better in your case how the hell is nylon supposed to stop melting
Ahh so there are like heat sinks on cables now, I did not know that, I thought they were just a way of making the cables black while keeping the wires colour coded, thanks for the info.
my 700 w OCZ probably has more amps than you, what you going to do with all those watts, power a street lamp, harr harr... lol j/k it's a nice PSU Aussie, although not my pick for a PSU, but at least you didn't go with a cheap generic one.
Input Current-115 VAC / 10A max-230 VAC / 5A max, with all these watts I will be using less of a percentage of the max capacity, expanding the life reliability, stability and performance of the PSU, and I am powering my nuclear power plant with it, me and zoul are just taking the piss BTW.
i have a 650w corsair, and i am purchasing an hd 5850 or 5870 when they hit shelves on sept. 23rd, which requires at least a 550 watt psu if im not mistaken. its always nice to keep the psu on 75%-90% loaded, thats where they hit the best efficiency ratings. if you overpower your psu, or even underpower it, it can get really bad efficiency ratings. thankfully corsair psu's get 80%+ at all loads
Good nice PSU, I bought a Dual 12 v rail 720 Watt PSU, Mine has 6 pin connectors, one question..My new PSU is making a louder noise than my older one..

how would this sit for a bottom mount psu case? would the light go up or would it remain like it is in the video facing down
JezzaWezza 1 year ago
@JezzaWezza I just got this and my case has it bottom mounted, LED + fan is facing upwards so the Light isn't blocked! Hope that helped
