Very good info, my doctor is sending me in for an MRI this next week, I am 38 and literally twisted my neck fast and felt and heard a pop and ever since I have had extreme pain from my shoulder blades into my right middle shoulder blade, down into my right arm running into my pinkey finger. My muscles around my right side upper shoulder is very tight and I have marked weakness in my right arm and hand..Hope to find out what I can do to fix it soon, I am on my 3rd day of rest & going stir crazy!

My symptoms: Tingling in the arms Pain in the left leg going all the way down to my toes Back of neck hurts Tightness of neck and shoulders Blurry vision out of no where Light headed Fluid feeling running down the back of neck I get dizzy Amost like it's hard to focus on one thing. i have cervical spine [neck] and also pinched nerve.....pulling pain straight to the lumbar spine.... blurry in vision ..hand tendency ...shaking even when holding a pencil or a coin...MRI is in 5 months time tho , so all these videos are very informative for me . TQVM ! :)

i have mild ridging in c5-6.. tricep and chest 30lb weaker to right side.

Spine its a scary place to mess with and or do work on. I go to the gym alot, im 30yrs old, fit, i'm taking it easy with any thing that has to do with c5c6..

eating lots of protein, fish oil and chiropractor, and rest..

I'm looking at this surgery myself...C4-5 and 5-6 look alot like the MRI in this video, with the herniation showing up pretty easy. Can't do crap with either arm anymore.

My pain is so bad that I am very moody! My c-6 and 7 are ripped and the third and fourth are ready to go! I am in excruciating pain and what pisses me off is that I pay for workmans comp and they deny me! Man that makes me mad!
