Has been a while since I checked in here! This car was sold about 3 years ago for a LST2. Anyone critical of the landings, earlier comments I've made the car really incurred little damage the whole time I owned it, and the intention of the video was 'stupid' jumps, my only regret was there wasn't bigger ones! There was another jump further around the track where I launched it up the corner bankment, over a fence and landed on grass. Lighting in that part of the vid turned out poorly though.

a little over kill is usually better than a little under kill when it comes to landing.

but with the jump at 0:47 and after (table top type jump) i would think that under kill would be you best bet.

landing the way you did isn't a good way to keep you buggy in good shape.

It was a Hyper 7 PCR Pro. The motor had stage 5 Massive Mod done to it, It also had the pullstart removed so it was started from a bump box.

no hop ups, it was an out of the box pcr pro, it had a hyper 21 8 port race motor in it that had stage 5 engine mods. shocks didn't break, the only thing that broke was a fuel tank once, and occasionally servo gears. it was tough as it could do double what it did in the vid no worries.

well first of dont charge battery overnight unless you have a peak charger(that stops charging when full battery) cus charging too long will damage battery and shorten lifetime

how does he control it in mid air? well since the wheels have rotational mass (torque), by stopping them, the force oif the heavy wheels moving foward suddenly being stopped will make the nose of the buggy/truck or ne thing else dip down. the same applies to giving it throttle to edge up.

My Hyper 7 PBS came with the mach 28 engine and it is a tire shredder. Your tuning must be a bit off.
