the pc version is actually AO (completely uncensored). the consoles all had a censorship but you could hack it. sucks that here in germany there's no pc version.

I got that rank as well...it isn't that easy, I think that a way to get 5 out of 5 is be quick about it. get as much yellow kills and reds as much as people can and speed through, well the thing is that people don't earn anything when they get a 5 rank like the first Manhunt game. In manhunt 2 i believe it is just to show off of your score....

It should. Are you getting the check points? When you get a check point, you are getting two things that will happen. 1) if you die you'll start where the check point activated, 2) pressing Esc you're able to save your game for next time. Also, after you beat a mission/level, you're asked if you want to save.
