Review of BitDefender Antivirus Pro 2011

Bitdefender gave me the blue screen twice while trying to install it (you think i would have learned after the first try), it even messed up my Windows Defender, anyways i'm back to AVG.

I have BitDefender Antivirus : Internet security 2011 for an year now and it's awesome, if you play a lot of games it has a future that reduces the slow down that can be caused my some antivirus programs. It uses few resources, detects even cookies and i got it on sale.:)

I have the 2012 version now of Bitdefender and its going very well.I used others antivirus programs in the past, and i can say that this one is the best.

Bitdefender is better than Norton people Norton not that great. Bitdefender is just to heavy to use but it is effective. Top Ten Reviews why do you favor Advanced System Optimizer it is a Rouge? It destroyed my pc when I used it before.

i just bought a macbook, and installed bit defender to it,

and without doing anything stupid, i scanned and it told me that i had trojan viruses which were system updates such as a thunderbolt update. WHat do i do?

I´ve bought BitDefender 2011 ORIGINAL and I´m using it with I7 860 3,5 Ghz,8GB RAM 1333 Mhz and HDD 7200 RPM Hitachi(WD now).

Since I installed the antivirus,my PC runs pretty slow,specially when I start the computer.

The settings are moderated,ALL PROTECTIONS ENABLED and SOME AGRESSIVE PROTECTIONS TURNED ON....

The question is...Is THE ANTIVIRUS MAKING THE PC SLOW ?

I hate bitdefender, it does not find threat as powerful as others like kaspersky, norton, etc.

I love norton and kaspersky. They are quick and powerful, although they are the ones with a bit more bugs.

I had bit defender, slowed down my computer soo much. I testing kaspersky right now, so at least it's no slowing down my computer. I tried eset nod 32, but I don't like the interface, it's too simple.

never hail kaspersky,.. it crahes and then corrupts computer

and also norton.. its good for searching viruses that other antivirus cant detect but roots into ur computer until it grow and cannot be pulled back.

So im studying if i download bitdefender/ avast.. or just stick to avira..

I had this antivirus for couple of months and now it doesn't work.

It says the virus scan module is not available. Why did this happen? (It's been downloaded and entered the licence key, although not created an account.)

You can set it to block a word like "porno" or what ever you want a word like"crack", saying your kid comes from school & tryes to type that word the parental control will block him, all so put a password for the antivirus settings for he to don't mess with the antivirus settings. And you wuldn't even fell an antivirus like this on a 2GB pc.
