I have to agree with the guy who said that it seems the developers are ignoring single player. What if you don't have Xbox Live or Play Station Network, (I have both) then you spent $60 for 5-6 hours of campaign and Spec ops. Not too good of a buy. Great game though. I like it almost as much as Uncharted 2. Nicely done! :D

I do remember the first Call of Duty and its lengthy single-player campaign. Sure the multiplayer was good but ten-twelve hours of quality single-player action was what made this a blockbuster series. I know the multiplayer is big business, but it seems like developers are ignoring single-player entirely.

Used to play games sometimes during the university times. We usually played America's Army after hours or in the weekend but I have to say from the time perspective it's a total waste of time! There is much more interesting things to do including trading day to day markets!

Because the MP is fuuuucked. IW has done away with dedicated servers and mod support, replaced it with some dodgy match making system and raised the price by €/$ 10. Sixty dollars/euros is too much for a single player game. The ball is in DICE's court for the next modern wargame.

I know, I've played left 4 dead on pc, they need to make ranked matches with the new system, but also have dedicated servers or at least let people host their own with custom rules that arn't allowed even with private matches in the new system. This worked for Warcraft 3 way back in the day and it would work fine, they say they don't want to divide the community even though it wouldn't do such a thing, if they want to regulate us then they can just give us dedicated servers too!
