The n64 doesn't actually have too many heating issues, it doesn't have a fan in it to begin with. You can't see it in this video, but I added a fan into this one later, plus I had pretty good heat sinks, so no, heating isn't really a problem.

I think that that is what I will be attempting next. The wiimote does make it tricky, but many games can either use the gamecube controller, or the wiimote turned sideways, and that wouldn't be difficult.
