  • welldone!!!

  • YOUR AMAZING! Im going to watch and watch and try my bestes to learn some of your tricks gurl. : )

  • HI Luckeelaydee57 - The song is "Halcyon and On and On" by Orbital from their album Orbital II. I also played a newer version of this song in my second class at HoopCon, called "It's a Fine Day (remix)" by Kirsty Hawkshaw from her album Meta-message. I love this song and all the various versions. Kirsty Hawkshaw was originally in a group called Opus 3 that did this song called "It's a Fine Day" - check out all the yummy versions of the song!

  • Lovely! BTW...I enjoyed your class at HC 2009! Could you share with me the name of this song and artist? I didn't really see you hoop there so I wanted to watch you videos, very beautiful flow!

  • just stunning hooping!

  • That was great. You gave me some new moves to try out. Thanks for sharing, and feel free to check out some of my videos. I am not as good as you, but I am getting there! Namaste

  • OK, I'd love to learn! Where do I sign up??

  • thank you so much for sharing your enlightening hooping groove. as a fellow hooper i feel inspriation to learn more and feel more with the hoop....i have to know, what is ur hoop made out of? i use 3/4 inch pvc pluming piping...just wonder what else i could make them with....thanks! peace.

  • This hoop is made from 3/4" 100PSI polyethelyne pipe. You're probobly using poly pipe also, PVC pipe is not normally used for hoops. Poly pipe is the high grade irrigation tubing. I have various hoops in all sizes from big to small and 1/2" to 1" & 100Psi or 160 PSI. My preference is now 1/2" or 3/4" 100PSI, but I think it's better to start heavier and bigger, and slowly progress smaller, unless you are doing a lot of handwork or offthebody movements. Thanks for your comment!

  • Yowza! That was quite spectacular. You are so graceful and playful with your hooping. I am so inspired. Thanks for posting.
