  • The Sims 10 hahaha :DD

  • Not sure if you still pay attention to this video, but I am wondering how you got it to open up in fullscreen? There don't seem to be any resolution options when I run the demo.

  • "Shake that ass Miss Johnson!" =P

  • So the physx also grow up in the water simulation, which means that the cloth also reacts to any other thing that hits the hair, or the vin.

    Impressive.

  • With current rate of GPU evolution 100 more years should pass to have a real game with this level of graphics. I bet with two mermaids like this one in the scene fps will drop to unplayable.

  • @tutaberi100 this was a demo for the geforce 6600 gpus, that run even in geforce 7300, its not a about hardware its about software programing and optimization, geforce 8800 gt can handle much more than this, by the way the hair physics its all by CPU, and the fastest cpu released at the time of this demo was an P4 3.o ghz who was a lot slower (less than half) than even an actual amd sempron 140 (1 core) at 2.7 ghz.

  • I tested this with a geforce 5200 and I don't get even a single fps :D

  • @draton22 :D

  • @draton22 its because its Shader model 3.0 and fx 5200 (neither any fx series) its not even a real 2.0 shader model card.

  • hair should move faster... :p and more in whip motions

  • I still haven't seen a game that uses that kind of detailed hair. One would think this should be in every high-end game. But no...

  • She needs to be ursula

  • just keep swimming~ just keep swimming~ just keep swimming swimming~

  • what program is this

  • nVidia tech demos are what actual gameplay graphics will look like in 10 years.

  • @BudzMcgr33n Crysis.

  • @EnTheOriginal Crysis has individual strands of hair flowing in the water? GTFO

  • @BudzMcgr33n Who cares. Motion blur is where it's at.

  • This is a demanding demo ,what was your average fps on a 6800? On a i7 2600 and gtx 560 ti , I only averaged 65fps and this demo is 7 years old!

  • nvidia demos :MEGUSTA:

  • Can you run nvidia demos on amd/ati? please tell!

  • @BRBSHUTUPNOOB Most of them, no, not starting with GeForce 8 era. But this one, it just about might... if you have an ATI, do try please :)

  • @BRBSHUTUPNOOB depends on how good your card is. if you have the most recent amd card it will as amd currently has more features and more support (nvidia fanboys will hate me for wording it that way LOL) but ya it will play as long as you have a decent card that supports all of the same features that are being played in the demo reel

  • @forsakenworlddragons man don't be such a gamer, its not only about your card features its most important about software optimizations for max (and correct use) of available hardware, really man this was an nvidia demo for geforce 6600 and 6800 series of year 2003 the first directx9.0c shader model 3.0 cards of the world

  • @jpopstargackt true but when i use the card features that the nvidia cards dont have it becomes about that lol.

  • I always thought she looked like Sylvie Meis.

  • dude looks real

  • @luckerpop89 no

  • old times:D

  • that was 7 years ago and we still don't have hair like this in games

  • Comment removed

  • The actual demo looks a lot better. I need a mermaid screensaver.

  • Dat Demo!

  • Dat flipper!

  • Dat ass!

  • The way the hair moves reminds me of the game snake...

  • Fuck, now im hungry for noodles...

  • @GraveUypo their is a better afro at 1:05

  • Love the colors and animation. The eyes need work and the fact that it looks like she's on a abyss scares me...

  • the hair is slightly off. look at the tips, they dont curve and bend like the rest of the hair does.

  • @mumafiedmustangs yea but this was also the tech demo for the 6600GT

    soooooo

  • @EliteBushido yeah i guess

  • if i met her under-water i would have blended feelings.... freaked out+horny

  • Shark comes ZOMG

  • That is one fucked up looking kitchen

  • creepy yes

    awesome yes

thumbs up for the vid yes!!

  • What's the music?

  • shes beautiful, but she kinda copied my lifestyle, i swim around in the ocean chasing a jellyfish for hours on end while someone changes the scenery

  • my work system have a 6800 le XD

  • nice ass!

  • What's with the creepy carnival music? And she's so stiff.

  • nvidia trying so hard to sell gtx 400 series by coming up with bullsh!t that their counterparts can do , just a few hot dolls to cheer us up . Only the GTX 460 deserves any respect.....else gtx 400 series = FAIL.

  • @InTheCircl3 Your right about that dude.. I also love my GTX 460!!!

  • I wonder why there are not sex games which looks this awesome.

  • @ErikRicardoLC because sex games are for pervs. Just jack to GTA IV

  • reminds me of Blood Elves and mana worms.. lol

  • A million miles from nowhere

    Dragonlance Burns hot

By the fire of a horse's ghost

    A minow would be lost

    Cha cha changes

    Mmm tits

    A fish

    A fish with tits

    Titty fish

  • ariell die kleine meerjungfotze

  • @eikira

    arielle die nicht-mehr-jungfrau xD

  • a fish-bitch with fish-tits......

  • Hair is a tad stiff, but only by modern standards. Otherwise, a marked improvement over GeForce FX's Dawn, and not that worse in appearance than the more modern Andrianne or Medusa - the 6000-Series cards were way, way ahead of their predecessors and rivals (and only very slightly inferior to the 7000 crowd).

  • Whats that song? Kinda lovely!

  • the hair looks great but the motion is not perfect .... :P

  • @Campa939 well this is pretty old...

  • music is ugly

  • Don't scare me with this shit!

  • @tragedy1101

    Scare you?

This like...uplifted me, the music has this kinda magical adventurous epic feel, and it's pretty.

  • Doesnt look that impressive at all.

  • @lcmy

This demo was designed for the 6800 cards those came out in 2004 ... 6 years ago.

  • @696969Brian696969 Oh okay ;)

  • @lcmy Well, I think it looks impressive for those cards anyhow.

  • @lcmy go make something better

  • @southparkboy119

lol, sad thing is alot of 360 trolls almost gave the thumbs up, but they had to stare and go over for about 10mins then do some research to realize it was sarcasm.

    pc & ps3 ftw brother.

  • hahah lag at 0:08

  • I love this demo, it was so far ahead of its time and very alluring and a little creepy if i have to be perfectly honest.

  • damn thats a fine ass

  • i just love the Nvidia Geforce 6800 series :D

  • Creepy..

  • @Capnbritish But beautiful right... right?

  • love the afro wig @0:07

  • dethklok - murmaider !!! XD

  • non wonderful

  • I bet the ATI X8xx couldn't run something like this. haha.

  • would you look at that :) light shafts ,woohoo, on an old demo: D

  • Do you all realize this demo is for a card 7 generations old? It was released over 4 years ago.

  • the problem is that the hair doesn't become wet and there are no snarls .. so it doesn't look that realistic later

  • Jummy... Fishsoup !!! ;o)

  • Why does nVidia always make shitty demos with murmaids and stuff? xD

  • to show the power of their cards i guess,i like it,but theres always something of,maybe if they make the grapchis and let pixar animated so that way u see the real power of these cards.shit naughty dog can make a better and more fluid animation than nvidia.

  • Tits. Always relevant.

  • xD xD

  • @dunnodontcare93 Check out the latest one if you have one of the newer GTX's. It's freakin' awesome.

  • I cant remember is my old school 6600GT could handle her :/?

  • @2fast4all mine could :), even the high polygon version of this demo for 6800 :) with good fps

  • wow preaty cool =)
