Watching this video and knowing (or expecting) what is going to happen, it's easy to criticise, but you can't be on guard every second. Ideally you should, but nobody can. You don't expect an obstacle on a highway, even though obviously they can be there. It's somewhat not surprising to me that these people can't drive. You have to be aware when you drive. When I drive, I don't just look at the car in front of me, I look at the 5 cars in front of me. When I see their brake lights come on, I start braking as well. Especially on I-275 in Florida. That places is an accident waiting to happen every minute of every day. People are careless.
