yeah, i think it is bricked too. reset while pressing wireless doesnt do any good. It just says, "System update utility A01. Wait for USB to be ready..." and won't budge. So I have to remove the battery to start all over again. What should I do now?

@brassmky7 Try pressing reset while holding the wireless button and see if you can reflash wm2003se, i don't have a copy of that nb0 or crc file so you'd have to find it elsewhere... otherwise it's bricked.

it just says your pda has been disconnected and won't read my usb. Is there a different way to upgrade it? could u walk me through step by step please~?

I mean my comp automatically disconnected the device. Then my pda froze... yes upgrading to wm5 A01

@brassmky7 Perhaps it finished? Did you hit power+reset at the end? If it did freeze, have you tried hitting reset?

hey, i tried following the steps dell provided and my usb automatically during the upgrade disconnects itself and doesnt proceed with the installation... this is killing me man! why is that?! help me~

hey nvm found the solution. they say it is because my dell axim is an older version and need atleast 5.0 and above to install the gps... how do i upgrade my dell axim from 4.0 to 5.0?

also when i try to auto run it. my comp reads Not a valid Win32 application. -_-^

@brassmky7 To run what? If it is a .CAB file for the gps navigator and you're trying to run it on a PC you will get that error. If that's the case run it on the axim instead.

And I would chance to say that the GPS navigator was either used or a fraud, but it might just expect the GPS to run in the axim automatically.

hey dude. i bought the Pharos gps navigator wired gps, but it didnt come with installation cd. is that normal? cuz i cant get it to install...

@brassmky7 Never had a use for the GPS man, so I couldn't tell you. However, you are probably better off getting a CF GPS primarily because it draws less power than the SD slot.

@brassmky7 Np dude, you would have to buy a GPS attachment, and that goes into your CF or SD slot and should work natively with windows mobile.

core player? see what i do is i download torrents to watch free movies and since the dell axim x50 only views windows media player i got the divx and everything and the axim still refuses to locate or view the file as video... where can i get this core player and how can i install that?

@brassmky7 Coreplayer-dot-com it isn't free but it seems you would have a way around that :p

@brassmky7 you can use a program called Coreplayer, or navigate to it through the media player by looking through the Library.

What you could do is update your Axim to LennySH's WM6.5 L15 ROM. Everything works on it. (Including CF!)
