This dismount is not banned and Nelli Kim peformed it at 1980 Moscow Olympic Games.

her mount is very similar to the mount that Shantessa Pama trained in 2006. I don't know if she ever competed it though.

its not a double side sommi. At least I don't think so. I'm pretty sure its an aerial 1/4 turn back out. A few other gymnasts have done this dismount more notably Nelli Kim.

Like WOW! A double side somersault dismount! Incredible! I was watching this routine and I was like, yeah yeah yeah another conservative routine from the early eighties until the dismount when I nearly jumped out of my chair and screamed WOW! I don't think it's banned, I just don't think anyone else has managed to do it since.
