The lyrics are there, but are flawed for words as well as punctuation. Too bad, because not a lot of songs have lyrics as good as the actual ones are for this wonderful song. Her tremulo was so fine that I was hoping for more, but did not find such endearing quality in another of the ones I tried to listen to. The clarinet was excellent too. And for this to have been for a tv advertisement still boggles my mind. Whatever and whyever, it remains one of the songs I try to sing too.

Yes, this is true. Perhaps I should have been a bit clearer with my statement. I was primarily talking about the sound Pink Martini relays. In this particular selection we get a feel of the 1950's or the 1960's. In general, the orchestra is very versatile, relying on musical influences from different genres and different cultures.
