Now that I think about it, Fred's gone through more costume changes over the years than Daphne. Daphne's costume changes are usually a variation on the same theme (purple outfit with green accents), but every new outfit Fred wears is a new animation team's attempt to make him not look naked without the ascot. But they all had to acknowledge defeat; without his ascot, Fred just isn't complete.

It's going to be difficult to top this movie, I mean 2 Mystery Inc.s and the cyber-doubles are wearing the outfit that the gang wore at least once in their past, I've even seen Scooby wear a red collar on some old merchandise, anyways I doubt that they can make mostly-anything better than this.
