Becuase he holds the pick at sideways on a backwards angle he can plat fast but he hasn't mastered the angled picking technique so he is a bit sloppy in places and hits quite a few dead notes and is out of time in places especially after 3.00 he pretty much peaked and then struggled.

honeslty i could go on all day on how bad this was but i going to cut him a bit slack i know he knows how to play he just needs to work on his picking and timings and clean things up.

i'd say the left hand does the job but u have to work on the picking.. some parts are very clean, congrats for that. but at many moments you just go franticly with the alternate and we can hear the same note coming more than once and others just dont come up. over all its a great job considering the level of difficulty of this song though. just saying that cuz if you wanna consolidate the skills you have you'd have to work on your right hand control.

i think chatreeo only practices scales up and down on 200 bpm so he has no phrasing ,cant bend to the right pitch and is often out of time.he is not clean and makes many mistakes.

I have to agree your guitar starts getting out of tune after 3:00 mark, I think it's the D string. You've done an excellent job with Malmsteen. I think your best video is the one with the B&W Gibson Les Paul. The title is called, "CHATREEO PLAYS GIBSON LP CUSTOM". You blew me away on that one. I had a guitar like that one, they stole it from me after a gig. Man I'm still pissed after 12 years!!! :-(

I'ts wierd because you managed to nail the hardest parts, but you pretty much failed the easy ones.

your'e out of tune, you aren't always on time, your bendings are okay, but they could get alot better.

You need to practice at a slow tempo!

and always keep the guitar in tune!!

I think you are quite good, could play almost everything, almost all the Malmsteen stuffs, however, i do agree, there's something weird with your playing. I tried to understand that weirdness in your playing but I think its with your right hand, the picking and strokes. I think you have some kind of a bad habit on your pickings/strokes, which I can't explain in english. However, I'd say in general, good playing.

I love heavy riffing and Hatebreed etc, but people seem to forget that the guitar was invented as an accompaniement instrument with 4 gut strings, and evolved into an electric/electronic melodic instrument with 6 or 7 steel/nickel strings. Thats why the skinny strings are there!!!!!
