I bumped into this event at Mitsuwa in Arlington Heights last November. It is my understanding it is a reoccuring program, though I don't know the schedule. Someone reported a few weeks of encountering this more recently.

Actually, there is no Mitsuwa in chicago...it's in Arlington Heights and yeah, they still sell it in that Mitsuwa,went there last Sunday.
