I'll admit that i would love to see System of a Down get back together but Serj Tankian's solo album and Daron and John's Scars on Broadway sounds really awesome and is a nice change for those guys. so instead of bashing Scars on Broadway or Serj Tankian's solo music, why not just be a true fan and support their choices in music no matter what the decide to do? i know i'll be a fan no matter what music they produce! :)

1. Intel Mac with parrellels for Windows XP ($2000)

2. Logic Pro ($500)

3. Mixing console midi or audio into external amp ($70-3000)

4. Midi keyboards and finger pads ($50-2000)

5. Hardware instruments that are optional ($100-$10,000)

People can take it where ever they, for me i use gameboys, logic pro, ableton live, r3 synth, kaossilator, and a mac. Home studios take a ridiculously amount of time to build, and budgets of the average person does not help at all.
