Sony SRS-D21 Speaker System

my subwoofer isnt working but the sound is and it needs to be connected to the subwoofer for it to work so it does work does anyone know what im doing wrong

@silzedadon I got the same problem on mine,no sound from the sub but the speakers work,there is a small fuse inside the sub,I tryed changing it but it didnt do it either

the sub used to work fine for a while and one day it just quit,the sound from the speakers alone is very flat,however,getting it fixed is not worth it,just buy a new set

i think for such a small sound system, these speakers have very good sound and the sub has good deep bass, you can hear the bass downstairs. sony has always been the masters of sound quality.

Yikes... Should have saved up for some real audio equipment! Distorted, cheap, poor bass. Even crappy PC speakers like Z-2300's would pwn these.

I have a question, the bass in the video sounds very distorted. When you played a millie, does the bass sound very smooth, or is there distortion at all like in the video? Thanks.

@Dawgkid133 only on HEAVY bass songs..most of the distortion was from the crappy ipod mic.

is the distortion a serious problem in high volume?

@johnson717 depends about the song..if it has heavy bass..yes you can hear distorion..but medium to little bass..their is none at all
