I don't really hear a buzzing sound. It makes a little sputter sound when you jump on his head. A little before 1:21 there's a sort of whistle sound which is the sound of the ninja teleporting in. Does that answer your question?

Partially the movement and animation are funny. Otherwise, manipulating the CPU player to do stupid things (like run into walls) is funny to me.
