It only happens twice on mine, just before the vocals at the start, and just before the vocals again at "they say the devil's water..." The first time I think it says "they rock", and the second "they WHAT?" It sounds pretty vicious. It freaked me out.
Dude, I have the same thing on a version that I downloaded. I also used Limewire. On the version I have it sounds like its saying "Do you want it?" or "What is it". The weird thing about it is that I'd listen to the same file before and it wasn't there. I didn't hear the creepy voice until last night which was about a month after I downloaded the song. Its very freaky.
