I bought the HTC Touch white 2 & 1/2 months ago. I LOVE IT but everyone should know this: there is a problem with this model cracking on the front left side (beside the volume slider button). I'm with Bell, & they'll send you a new 1 while they repair your phone, but it takes over a week just to recieve temporary 1! I guess it's happening a lot, because I was told I'd have it in 24-48 hours!

Yeah, the same thing happened to me! But for me it didn't take them a long time to send me a temporary one, and I got it back in no time. I'm also with Bell. I agree, it's a fantastic phone!!
