I saw Sinatra perform later in life at the Universal Amphitheter in Universal City. I have to admit, he was not up to snuff that night and I was really disappointed. I wish I could have seen him when he was performing in Vegas when he was with Sammy and the boys. That probably was one hell of a show.

Sat next to the runway in Cal Neva Lodge (Lake Tahoe) when Sinatra performed (as a part owner) in 1960. Absolutely the best show either my wife or I have ever experienced. The master was at his peak, and afterward dealt blackjack.
It is not an insinuation, it is a fact establishes in all his recent biography, sinatra was Lucky Luciano's "think", willie moretti, Jimmy Alo, then of Sam Giancana, man of straw, carrier of message, lobbyist of the mafia, the big singer, but in the hands of the mobs, and it since his quite any beginning long well before his celebrity, dices his adolescence to Hobboken New Jersey etc.....
