Muscle builds fucking slow. Furthermore, there isn't a single exercise that can be done with it that burns enough calories to have that low of a fat percentage. Of course, you could drop the weight by exercising like a retard for 4 hours a day but you can achieve more in 35 minutes of cardio.

I’m 47 yrs old and 185 lbs, and have been using the shake weight for about a month. I have definitely noticed my arms looking bigger and more like they use to when I had pipes; albeit my wife has not mentioned anything yet, but that likely says more about my wife than the shake weight.
