Thankyou for taking the time to create this video. its a pity the story line was not developed more. I think the story line is actually very touching: A mother and wife who is infected with a fatal virus and loses her child...and must fight to stay alive. The movie could have been better.

@ZCamil I can't believe I didn't reply to this! I totally agree. The writer/director's previous film ("Equilibrium") was much better written, but more dramatic (read: slow) and I think the audience (or studio) wanted to a) see more skin (hire Milla), and b) add action at the expense of plot. The director's cut was better, but I agree that something more is missing. Still, if not for this trailer, I wouldn't have found my new love for Jem. :-)

I picked up the CD, Finally Woken by Jem. It didn't cost much, and it had several good songs on it besides 24. I recommend it!

I thought the movie entirely was okay. Not great, not awful. There were good and bad parts. It reminded me extremely of Elektra, though. The filming was fantastic. It just had gaps in the storyline. The gaps made the movie negatively noticed. Most times, action movies don't even have a storyline, but a whole bunch of chaos which satisfy the public. Most people don't notice there's no storyline when there's a series of explosions, yelling, and gunfire. Milla Jovovich did amazing and was hot too!

One of my gripes (which was addressed in the equally plotless Aeon Flux) about the film is that all these guys she is supposedly taking down (who are guards and soldiers in armor) are killed in one hit-- and not necessarily a solid one at that-- and she goes on without any worry of failure. This should have been an "R" rated film, and the deaths more realistic. I agree, it was very creative, but missed so much potential.

Aeon Flux is a much better quality movie than Ultraviolet, that said Milla Jovovich is great she can make bad lines and plots sound cool and that takes talent, I love this song, and this trailer is good (regardless of the movie's bad special effects, etc.).

If you wanna see great movie with great plot watch Equilibrium. Ultraviolet maybe was a potential movie in the begining of its creation but what we have in the end ain't great movie at all. IMO

There were so many great scenes that it was hard to cut it down to the length of the song (the opposite of the first draft)! I miss the library fight and the "fire-sword" fight-- I never liked her fight with the other 'phages, so I don't miss that. I got to add to the "Blood Chinoir" a little, but not as much as I'd like. I still found myself relying heavily on the trailer-- whoever designed that, well, they're professionals! (con't)...
