That is NOT the BLUE ANGELS practicing at the start of the video. I do not know who it is, but it is NOT the FA-18's of the U.S. NAVY BLUE ANGELS. It looks like some sort of foreign built aircraft.

There was an aircraft following the Airbus. I suspect they were filming the plane for commercial purposes. I'm not sure what type of plane it was.

Only three airlines are using now the A380: QANTAS, Singapore Airlines and Emirates. Air France is next.

wingspan is just under 80m. 80m is about 88 yards so it's less than a football field. 1m is about 1 yard and 3.35"

one flewover at perth when it came to visit i ran outside to see it by accident only because it was soo loud and low i ran out and literally yelled out shit thats a big bird though my mom didnt believe me because they were not supposed to land at perth airport but it can so she was shocked on the news that night when it was on

I happened to be with my old schools baseball team helping out for the day when i noticed that monster flying towards us, got some very nice pics if you know what i mean. some were through the fence and the other was when it was straight on at me!! awesome aircraft!

Thank you. It flew for about 30 minutes to take promotional video with the Golden Gate Bridge in the background. If you look closely, you will see a small chase plane behind the A380...

I remember the news that this plane was to visit SF...it supposedly landed at SFO while I was at school...then it flew around during fleet week which I couldn't go to...I was really hoping to see it above the city but now I can thanks for uploading :)!
