  • And yet, the Civil Rights Act. The largest scale violation of private property rights legislated by the US government.

  • The flags should not be placed on bank property without permission. But when removed by bank employees, FOX has the right to give their opinion on the removal.

  • @rockabye63 Try listening to what he said. There are words in there that explain what happened. BofA company policy says no to someone just putting anything they want on their property. As their representative, she was following company policy. If they would have done it on my land I would've had some new fire starter. It's called private property. You know, the very thing you false patriots are always yelling about.

  • Fox cares about private property rights only when it fits their fascist agenda.

  • So you are saying that the person who removed the flags was the owner of the property? I was somehow under the belief she was the manager of the branch, but you stated she was the property owner. If it was private property it would be one thing, but if it is used for public use, it falls under a whole set of rules. Sounds like the Owner (as you call her) is not proud to be an American.

  • You are actually making a stink over someone placing flags on bank property to honor a fallen soldier? You need to get a life!

She stuck easily removable flags in the grass, she didn't spray paint the building.

  • There really is no bad reasons for dropping business with the thieving actions of B of A. They are indeed scum. This story does, however, further expose the manipulative mendacity of the Faux News Channel.

  • I love your series, thank you for being the calm, questioning voice of wisdom!!!

    Fox Spews is a joke!

  • I am not at all a liberal but I do like your series. Keep up the good work

  • Fucking liberals.

  • @qawamity

Yes, but in the way of saying fuck liberals.

  • @Bob1128 wow, how people like you show your ignorance always amazes. liberals have made your life freer, easier & your ability to blog as you do without government intervention.

should you deny what i've just stated, it is further confirmation of your ignorance, stupidity & a total defiance of the constitution of the united states of america.

i so eagerly await you denials & continued ignorant condemnation of liberals, cause i can't wait to expose your stupidity, ignorance of history & fact!

  • @wntoply6

You are correct, sir. I deny your statement. 'Liberals' did not give me a freer, easier life. The Constitution along with the Bill of Rights did. It's just like you liberals to slap copyright protections on the Constitution or Bill of Rights as if it were your party who provides their benefits. To add to the fact, liberals would take away my Constitutional right to bear arms - the second amendment. Liberals inhibit my ability to bear arms with countless of restrictions on firearms.

  • @Bob1128 i know i am correct. too bad you didn't proof read your post, you idiot!

while the constitution/bill of rights initially gave you a freer easier life, conservative, religious factions, who's assholes you've been rimming, have always tried to amend or take away those rights based on outdated traditions, their bible or their limited idea of freedom. that, idiot, is factual truth/history, like it or not.

that you ONLY bring up denying the right to carry a murder weapon is a laugh!

  • @wntoply6

Exactly. You claim you can make me more free, yet you say you take away my second amendment. Also, I do not side with religious factions. I just side against the liberal extremists who think it's their way or the highway.

  • @wntoply6

Exactly. You claim you can make me more free, yet you say you take away my second amendment. Also, I do not side with religious factions. I just side against the liberal extremists who think it's their way or the highway.

  • @Bob1128 again have you taken the time to proof read your post?

until you can make any sense, it's a waste of my time to respond to you and your inane statements. but then you're typical of conservatives who have no idea what they're talking about, so they take to lies and bullshit thinking others will really believe their stupidity and their total ignorance.

  • @wntoply6

Firstly, I consider myself moderate. I hate both conservative ideals and liberal ideals. The conservatives at least aren't being hypocritical assholes.

Secondly, I do not understand what you mean by "proof read your post," as I have no spelling errors in my posts. If you mean that I do not have any points that you can throw your ad hominems at, then yes. I purposefully give you no ammo, because I know that your liberal self can't resist calling anyone who isn't liberal a conservative.

  • @Bob1128 damn it, are you that unaware that your first sentences are contradictory to the rest of your posts? are you that dumb?

  • @wntoply6

You are just another average extreme liberal. The only place you will find refuge is the internet. Your ideals are too extreme for the real world.

  • @Bob1128 lol, you don't know what i am. but i & everyone here do know you're an ignorant, intolerant, conservative who's bigotry, fear mongering & hate have had a history & legacy of holding this country back.

seems you're on the internet spewing your bullshit, so please project somewhere else, it doesn't work here.

tell you what though, why don't you go back to school, that is if you ever attended one & learn american history. you seem to lack the basics civics & how operates!, ignorant fool!

  • @wntoply6

You seem to miss the fact that I consider myself moderate, even though I mentioned it to you once before. Leave it to someone from Boston to be the most draconian liberal on YouTube. Conservatives are even better than you, and I don't hold them in high regards. In your mind, anything that doesn't breathe liberalism is conservative. How much of a bigot do you have to be to just label each and every opposing idea conservative?

I must make you real mad, bro.

  • @Bob1128 what i seem to miss, as probably does everyone else is the logic or sense of sanity in your statements.

now you crazy conservative loon, find someone else you can bullshit and lie to. quite frankly i'm tire of coddling nuts like you. you're type are the true downfall of this country, whether you can admit or own up to it, or not. from the religious fanatics in your group to those who ruined this country economically, you deserve no forum on any level.

    get lost! idiot

  • @wntoply6

You're an extreme, draconian liberal who is in denial. That pretty much sums up your narcissistic hypocritical self.

  • @Bob1128 what i'd like to know is, why conservatives like you (and you are an ultra conservative) have such a problem with every other person in this world who doesn't share their limited view of life?

can you explain why your tolerance has degenerated into down right hate? are you that insecure about your very being & ideas of how people must live, that if they don't follow them exactly as you want, that hate replaces sanity?

can you explain it please? i mean why are you that insanely sick?

  • @wntoply6

Because I'm ultra conservative and I think it should be illegal to have an abortion, church should not be separate from state, wealthy should not be taxed while the poor should, African-Americans are guilty until proven innocent, the lesser the government the better, gays should not be allowed to marry, any country that is anti-American should get preemptive strikes, all people who worship Islam are terrorists, liberals are terrorists by default, and everyone should speak American.

  • @Bob1128 what's your point are you confirming your insanity?

  • @wntoply6

My point is that you're obviously a whacked git who is easily fooled.

I am correcting your grammar for it is quite atrocious.

"What's your point?* Are you confirming your insanity?"

  • @Bob1128 you have no point. all you've accomplished doing is showing me and everyone here just how much intolerance you have for those who don't join you in your own insanity.

as for atrocious grammar, when one's only defense is to go after one sentence, he truly is on the losing end of an argument.

    got it loser?

  • @wntoply6

Even after I correct your grammar, you continue to utilize horrible grammar. That pretty much sums up your political views as well. You're just another liberal nut-job who thinks it's his/her solemn duty to bash anyone with opposing ideas on the internet. You are more blind and deaf than Helen Keller and somehow you are more oblivious than she was. Congratulations, I think there should be an award for that.

  • @Bob1128 better to use horrible grammar then unable to use reason!

but then people like you are use to judging aren't you. that's how you live your live...judging others, deciding if they meet your standards, regardless of how insane they are.

historically liberals don't bash. it's been you "christian"republican conservatives who've made an art of bashing. it's the only problem with liberals, they don't go after bullshit artist liars like you.

wow, you know who hellen keller is? impressive!

  • @Bob1128 yup, typical of a "holier than thou" "christian"republican conservative.

  • @wntoply6

I literally laughed out loud when I saw that you typed "historically liberals don't bash." Obviously you have not payed attention to basic high school civics. Democrats and Republicans are both responsible for bashing each other; likewise, liberals and conservatives are responsible for bashing each other. It's apart of politics. The fact that you think your shit does not stink and that I'm "an ignorant, intolerant, conservative" proves this. You act with such folly with your charade.

  • @Bob1128 name one high school civics class text book that documents bashing (other than "christian"conservatives historically bashing blacks, immigrants, asians, gays & now muslims), name one.

it's amazing how you conservatives amend history to fit your needs. what i want to know is why you have that need to lie? is it because history isn't been favorable to your evil?

remember, progress manages to win out regardless of the ignorance, intolerance, bigotry, fear mongering & hate you champion!

  • love your videos, every point proven perfectly. plus you sound like a real bad.ass man... youre my F!@#$NG hero!! ;-)

  • im gonna tatoo stars and bars on those customers faces. Thank you America. Keep enteraining the rest of the world pls.

  • Drink a glass of fucking water before you record yourself. Please.

  • What a ridiculous attitude. I would like to pay a visit to those upset customers with a spray can and write "USA" and "I love America" all over their doors and walls. Then they can't remove it, because if they do, that would be a blatant sign of disrespect.

  • Bank of America hates America lol.

  • Misleading text up there. Not sure how communism or socialism factors into this discussion. It's a news story about outrage over an action. No one spoke about losing rights to personal property, or forcing anyone to keep those flags posted.

Your question is loaded. The lady never said anyone's rights were violated. The freedoms she spoke of referred to all freedoms. This is a non-story.

Good effort though, no doubt keeps the foamers coming to your videos.

  • @wulfmanUNCP You must've not watched the video if you're going to exclaim that garbage. His point -- and made clear -- was the fact that Fox News shoed a blatant bias supporting the incorrect side of the argument. Why is it incorrect you may ask? Because of the aforementioned *private property laws* explained in the video. It also takes an ignorant layperson in economics and politics to not know how private property laws are crucial to an anti-communistic, free capitalistic nation.

    ~zthomasack

  • @zthomasack You're referencing the video to prove that the poster is right is in his own video.

I think you need to look up "circular reasoning."

The onus is on the poster here to prove a bias, which he failed to do. No one mentioned in the interview that the bank didn't have the right to take those flags up. Only that it was an outrage to customers and community. Far different from the poster's claims, but then I'm used to seeing his videos lack ... substance.

  • @chris98741, damn skippy. What this woman, AND Faux Snooze did, was DISRESPECTFUL to the Flag and the Constitution. Do they even go back and pick up the flags they planted? NO! They LEAVE them for OTHERS to remove, or for the elements to reclaim. DISRESPECTFUL at EVERY turn! These people aren't Conservative...they're thoughtless CINO (Conservative In Name Only) shills and dupes for the Republicrat system, and are the PERFECT EXAMPLE of what's gonna destroy our Nation: THOUGHTLESSNESS!

  • I would say yes to the last question. In the same token, CNN, and MSNBC hosts tend to believe that a owner of a, lets say, restaurant, who happens to be black, cannot refuse to serve a known KKK member. The News Media is bias on all levels. Read the Constitution, and watch CSPAN Floor hearings.

  • no one really owns anything including private property you pay property txes that makes it unowned. but to your comment sorry if you dont have property but some of us do and you can with the hard work you spoke of kane. the problem is all these liberal assclowns who belive hard work doesnt get you anything they feel that everyone deserves to have the same things you do even if they dont work for them just lay on their sorry asses collecting welfare checks and making babies. look at the truth

  • @TheWilddawg1 # - "look at the truth"

Good advice, I've been reading and watching stories about the type of people you describe since I was in HS 40yrs ago, however the number of people I've met in the real world that actually have the mentality you describe could be counted without having to use toes. I will say however that most people cheat on their taxes, which morally speaking is the same thing as cheating* on welfare.

cheating* - If you have kids you can't live on welfare for very long.

  • @TheWilddawg1 well if we trace that logic all the way to its base it is to say that you do not really own your body because there is no such thing as private property. if private property is non existant, then your voicebox is not yours however in the very fact that you are the only person that controls your voice box and you are the only person that controls your fingers to type then they are autonomous actions and thus you are the sole decision maker and actor and must take ownership of them

  • HEY LIBERAL VIEWER? WHY DONT YOU PUT UP VIDEO OF CNN AND NBC IGNORING THE ANTHONY WIENER STORY BECAUSE HE IS DEMOCRATIC

  • Lyndon Johnson bared his scars

    American Stars' N Bars

  • she said stars and bars because it ryhmed fucking retards

  • @MetalliCxZero Well that's great but the stars and bars is the southern flag I don't care if it ryhmed or not. She is a journalist so I'd like to think she should at least know what she's talking about not just finding words in the story that ryhme. Bottom line once again fox news WRONG

  • The two greatest violations of private property rights was...the fascists during and prior to WWII and the communists after the Russian revolution. The Constitution was designed to give the power to CITIZENS to get government to do their will while protecting the rights of individuals. The balance between those two is a fine line and need continual observation and adjustment.

  • If a government takes away private property thats more fascism than communism or socialism...

  • @DrummingBonham No its not, Hitler, Mussolini, and Franco all allowed a great deal of private property to exist (Hitler did take it from certain groups, but many were allowed to keep it), while in communism, by definition, it cannot exist as the government presides over all property and thus the concept of "private property" does not exist. Where the hell are you getting your information?

  • @mydogdaisy1212 I really didn't learn just assumed... idk, settle down

  • @DrummingBonham the problem that arises with this is the fact that individual values drive prices of property and that any centrally planned economy or govt run manufacture or whatever cannot determine the subjective values that people hold. furthermore these subjective values of any certain good whether its a steak or a house cannot be determined for you and thus you cannot set a price for which you are willing to trade your labor (the loaning of your time) or other property for those goods

  • @DrummingBonham since prices cannot be determined there is no way of anyone figuring out what is the most beneficial to any individual let alone the groups of individuals that make up a community, nation or world and thus there is no trade and without trade every person must do their own work to subsist and there will be no specialization and no talented specialist i.e. poets, concert pianists, chefs, etc... private property is necessary for the existence of civilization

  • I enjoyed this video very much, being one who rather strongly supports private property rights. I think it's very, very funny, as you pointed out, that Fox News failed to mention such an important principle. Also, I think that conservatives and liberals alike only uphold private property rights when it goes along with their more highly valued ends, such as equality or utilitarianism.

  • lol at the comment below... come to my property and try to do whatever you want and there will be a bullet in your brain!

  • @OnlyTbone Anarchists (most, at least) don't support violence either. So yeah, you can try to shoot me for no reason, but it will be wrong no matter what, because you will have taken a sentient life.

  • Fuck property and bastards like you who follow its greedy path. The Earth is for all to share. Nobody can just come lopping around and say "I own this bit, y'all sonsabitches." Because what if I don't agree? You're still going to make me comply? No, fucker, I do whatever the hell I want on 'your property'. Long live anarchy.

  • @marekiller8 you want anarchy!!!, fine leave america, go to the deepest reaches of africa or the middle east and live (or die as it would actually happen) in anarchy.

  • @bembleton Anarchy is more concerned with freedom than anything else. It is the perfect political system. It is based on trust and goodness, and sadly, few humans have this, but if they took the time to look into it, they would see that anarchy is completely based on freedom. No one can tell you what to do unless its wrong, and that's where the whole idea of trust comes in; they trust you to do good. The Earth is for all to share; no one can possess any portion of it.

  • @marekiller8 Please grow up past the "mine" phase jesus christ lol

  • @darkwarriorkane Are you talking about me or the people who support property?

  • @marekiller8 not you mate them

  • @darkwarriorkane Then I totally agree. Property is illogical because what happens when all the property in the world is taken up? Surely this means no more property for anyone else, no matter how hard they work.

  • @marekiller8 yo check out murray rothbard... he was an anarchist professor of the latter part of the 20th century and makes a very strong argument against the entity of the state

  • um i think you already know the answer dude

  • No, no, no, she MEANT 'stars & bars'. One thing about Fox...they want the South to rise again.....

  • I'm with chris98741. I love america as much as the next person, but that doesn't mean you have to let some lady plant stuff on your property whenever she feels the need. Yes, the soldier should be honored, but making a villian out of somebody who doesn't want things planted on their property without permission is total crap. It's america, and if you are so inclined to say you don't want the flag on your property, that should be respected...and to part 2 of the question, fox news is bent to hell.

  • Just to answer those two questions in my opinion:

1: The only rights possibly violated was her right to free speech, but since she was violating the right to private property, her rights were more or less voided at the time

    2:Of course

  • Fox is such a joke.

  • Flags should only be allowed to be placed anywhere if they are made from some valuable material, like silk or crushed velvet. Bank of America has every right to remove polyester flags.

  • liberal viewer, you are a god of truth. i vote you for some important white house office.

  • Liberals SUCK.

  • Liberals are whacked out, so are the guys at fox news. There's always gonna be a biased. I support Fox more so than CBS, and other liberal news stations due the the extreme bias on the 2nd Amendment from MSNBC, NBC, and CBS. I'm a conservative atheist, kinda balances out. What is your position on gun control out of curiosity?

  • @mtinch7 boobies.

  • If those were signs advocating Obama for another run in 2012, and the bank removed them, you'd be suing their asses off. You people are hypocrites. We know you don't like the American Flag. Really, we do....

  • This is amazing to hear the Liberals "Schooling" us after all of their they are masters at rioting and public demonstrations. They give the likes of George Soros and Bill Aire's a free pass and even push the passage of a Mosque being built at "Ground Zero". Thanks, but "NO THANKS".

  • Wait -- Illegal banking practices destroyed the world economy and *this* is what moves FOXRepublicans to a boycott? They can't even honestly say they care about honoring veterans in light of the fact that they supported Bush and Rumsfeld, whose policies & actions have had and continue to have enormously adverse affects on both soldiers and veterans.

It's more likely they are just looking for something emotion-based to whine about in order to take attention off of the real issues facing America.

  • Okay so at the beginning of the video you imply socialism is not really infecting society and there is no need to worry. If that is the case, then you must think capitalism is good, right? and you are what some kind of Socialist Capitalist mix, who is afraid of socialism and capitalism? What do you fear about socialism and communism considering liberals are in fact left wing?>

  • It doesn't matter if they're flags or towels someone used to wipe their ass, if it's on your property you can remove it. No, you can dump shit anywhere as long as it has the right colors and patterns on it W.T.F.

  • Faux News, what a fucking joke

  • @JesusWasAnAsshole Would you bang her, though, bone the blonde?

  • @JesusWasAnAsshole

I love your user name!!! In fact, i want to make love to your user name. 0-0

  • @darkseed1010 , Thanks friend ! Most people tell me how much they hate my username and how insulting it is to everyone reading the newsgroups.

  • @JesusWasAnAsshole No, the Catholic church founders were assholes. Jesus was just trying to help people. Asshole.

  • goddamn LV. i saw a hot box in the teaser pic.

You like being a wish-i-wuz, huh?

  • YOUR FUCKING VOICE IS MONOTONE ANNOYING. ... JUST STOP.

  • only respecting property rights when people do what you want them to do with their property is only marginally different from claiming all property as your own......

  • dude....for real...there is not enough time and people to watch CNN and MSNBC alone to cover ALL THE LIES, SPIN, PROPOGANSA and ERRORS they conjure up and spit out. You hyper focus on the micro’s of Fox and miss the MEGA’s of the other stations. You are, in yourself, bias and you have WAY to much free time on your hands.

  • @nothing2offer You realize how stupid your complaint sounds don't you. If there isn't enough time for people to watch CNN and MSNBC to catch all their lies and errors... how is this guy supposed to by himself? He can't, so he focuses on one network. The network that claims to be fair and balanced but really isn't either one of those.

If you don't like it, stop watching it. But complaining about how he only focuses on one network when you already admitted there isn't time to watch them all...

  • @XGP15A3 You're such a genius. How good it is that I have you to keep me show me the light oh brilliant one.

  • For your dimwit comment ; there is a right of way of 10 feet for utilities and any other needs that the county deems necessary and the last time i check this is the United States of America so you get off your ACLU Soap box and please close the door behind you!!!! go to dock Bye...........

  • I think the few first feet of grass is owned by the city for the pluming and stuff. It might not have been private property depending of states and city.

Anyway, I don't think she had the right to plant propaganda on either private or city owned lawn. That cunt should have receive a fee for littering.

Also, Burn that witch from fox news!

  • The only Rights we have are our “unalienable Rights.” A deeper understanding of these Rights materializes through the prism of science (see my channel video). In the age of science, we know the Laws of Nature trumps mortals in power; revisiting these Rights will help make this World a better place to live.

  • The bank's rights were violated by the woman's lack of consideration and the community's sense of common decency was violated by the bank. The bank only apologized when pissed off depositors started to withdraw.

A little common sense and courtesy, not for profit or image, but the recognition that we all should not be so up-tight about things that shouldn't upset us and be pissed about the things that we rightly should be, like corrupt bankers.

Maybe we should put up fences.

  • Megan Kelly shoud be doing porn, not trying to be a "news" reporter....what a waste of a beautiful dumb blonde

  • Seahorse1945 says liberal viewer is demented - he can't understand the "freedom this young man died for" ??Now who is the idiot Libviewer or FOX NEWS . Lets just stop remembering the attacks on 9 11 2001 and all join up with a lib-lawyer who thinks sacrifice is having to make lame comments out of context in his attempts to vilify FOX News anchor women--are you a homo or just don't like smart women?

  • @seahorse1945 you are barely coherent.

  • This question is easy. Her right to be a dumb ass were affected. LOL

Brenda Earls: "That bank looks nice...but it can do with something OH! that's right American flags, I will just plant these here because we all know America is running out of flags, and if the bank doesn't have flags placed around it, how would we know it is in America?"

Did she say "stars and bars" RETARD even I know the stars and bars are confederate, and I live in Britain. I guess I know more about US history then her.

  • Democrats, Republicians. The system of coruption and power wants you to choose. I say no. Be an american and let us make this country by the people, for the people, and of the people.

  • I find it ironic that people forget the true definition of patriotism. Patriot ; one who stands up against there government despite common support. Our fore father's were patriots against the rule of england. Wake up people and fight for your rights.

  • I find it ironic that people forget the true definition of patriotism. Patriot ; one who stands up against there government despite common support. Our fore father's were patriots against the rule of england. Wake up people and fight for your rights.

  • stars and bars? *facepalm*

  • @obgfoster SUPER facepalm

  • @obgfoster XD!!!

  • @obgfoster just says it all, doesn't it?

  • THAT'S THE ONLY REASON THEY SAID IT WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING!! They have to when people do stupid shit like this and react in that way! Canceling a bank account because they took sticks with pretty colored paper out of their front yard. for fucks sake people, this is why almost all politicians are two faced, Because people react so fucking stupidly. "I believe same sex marriage should be allowed as their right if they want to do so" "RABBLE RABBLE" "Oh did I say human rights were okay? I'm sorry"

  • If you can read an error ridden evil book and claim it as your moral compass then you are either dim witted or a con. Megan either doesn't understand what she's saying is ridiculous or she is persuiing her base through a massive con - the answer usually lies somewhere in the middle.

  • HER RIGHT OF BEING A DUMB ASS

  • Megyn Kelly is a lawyer...? How the hell did that happen??

  • @Twewy13 Two words...knee pads.

  • Ah! Nobody does flag waving better than the yanks! Put up the good old stars and stripes and that justifies anything mm!

  • Megan Kelly is hot.

  • I got on Google Earth street view the other day and looked up my house. It turns out that you can see right in my front window. My question is, is this a breach of my right to privacy?

  • It is a shame that all your videos show one thing. You are very biased......like most liberals, you freely take sound bites, and twisted them around to make everyone you do not agree with, look bad. Play the whole interview, and you will see that most things you are saying is bogus. What a pitiful arguement, and worse yet.....how sad that you play bites, and not the whole interview, you are smart, but not being honest

  • None of her rights were violated. Fox only cares to comment when they can spin things to fit their agenda.

@zoogenn Not really. I would actually love if our country was more socialist, because then we might actually become, oh, I don't know, a better country! Seriously!! If we inject a little government run competition into the system, it'd be slightly socialist, but would still operate within the realm of capitalism. That way, the Conservatives get their money, and the poor get healthcare!

  • Is America really so scared of Socialism?

  • @zoogenn Not America, more like a really loud minority with lots of money and media outlets.

  • Megan Kelly is supposed to be a lawyer. Actually, she's a whore, because an attorney knows better, as this video indicates. So she sells herself to Fox News and pulls in a lot more money than she could be being a two-bit attorney. She is a whore for Fox.

  • i love america, well some of it, but honestly our flag is ugly.

  • First of all, the branch manager does not "own" the property so there are no property right issues here, the property is owned by BofA corporation, who stated there policies were misinterpreted. I think it is great customers executed their right to remove their accounts if they don't like the bank, and I think you need a girlfriend or something.

  • I guess you need a lot of flags to remind you what country you are in? who do you think has waved more flags.... North Korea, Nazi Germany or America? nationalism is a disease people, the unabashed propaganda will only serve to further alienate your people and polarize your views.

  • None. she has no right to put anything on someone elses property but i bet if she walked in and asked permission or at least explained why the outcome might have been different. megyn kelly and fox news belive only their properties and lives are private and everyone else is a potential news story. Personal opinons of news readers should be abolished, they`re handed papers to read that hopfully an on the ground free press reporter put togther. If your that dumb or reckless you should quit.

  • It would appear fox news is communist.

  • The "stars and bars" NEVER referred to the Confederate battle flag. It has always been the US Flag.

  • @HoldingOnToLiberty 'The first official flag of the Confederacy, called the "Stars and Bars," was flown from March 5, 1861, to May 26, 1863.'

  • @HoldingOnToLiberty 'The first official flag of the Confederacy, called the "Stars and Bars," was flown from March 5, 1861, to May 26, 1863.' Believe it or not, just denying something blindly doesn't make it so (although that's a common strategy on Fox News)

  • @Magmamommie What does Fox New mentioning it in a passing reference to the US Flag have anything to do with what I said? Silly liberal, I DON'T WATCH FOX NEWS!

In fact for perhaps this one time I might agree with LiberalViewer. No one has a right to do anything on anyone else's property. But the real issue is liberals don't believe in private property rights. So what is LiberalViewers beef anyway? He should be siding with Megan Kelly.

  • @HoldingOnToLiberty I'm a liberal and I believe in private property rights. All the liberals I know do too. In fact I've never heard a liberal ever say they don't believe in private property rights. Only a fanatically partisan ditto head would believe such nonsense.

  • @sinistar99 Perhaps you are not as liberal as you think you are. I just finished arguing with some idiot who claimed he was a college professor and a liberal. He pointed to a letter written by Benjamin Franklin that he claimed said we do not have personal property rights. I pointed out the 5th, 9th, 10th and 14th Amendments but that made no difference to him. He still believed in this personal letter than Franklin wrote.

BTW I also don't listen to Rush Limbaugh.

  • what funny is this guy works for the goverment. yeah chew on that

  • oh goodness... this is where the fucking Mosque comes in.. Fox news is all about keeping the rights to our private property yet when someone wants to build a mosque or take down tacky flags ITS the END of AMERICA!!! fucking hypocrisy

  • Americans (the majority) are fucking stupid.

    No further comment.

  • @HayZing

Well where is that news network that is only about news eh?

Fox News: It's entertainment and commentary I like to know about.

I prefer Fox overall. It's not hand fed with government funds.

  • @u812b4me I prefer Fox overall. It's not hand fed with government funds. Which network is? Fox lost over half a billion dollars in their first 5 years. Fox isn't news OR commentary, it's a 24 hour commercial for the GOP. Period. It's like watching an infomercial for information.

  • Obviously it was not about property rights and never was.

    Such a frivolous issue

I would be more concerned about the Health-care bill that was shoved up our ass, wasteful congressional spending, Home land security whittling away your rights and the irresponsible ignorance of the federal government to enforce our immigration laws.

  • @u812b4me The health care bill wasn't shoved up anything... Now the Patriot Act was. So was "Medicare Advantage" Remember that? THat was shoved up our asses. HC reform lowers my rates (for real 7.5% this year), gives us more choices AND lowers the deficit. According to Fox it raises our taxes kills our grandma and hands over our country to Al Qaeda. lol

  • stupid zionist channel

  • as anyone can plainly see these are entertainment shows not programs delivering news.

  • maybe she should apologize for using his death to make herself feel more important.

  • lets face it the bank apologizes for a reason and while i respect their right to do so the commentator of the video does not. in fact he is an hostile.

  • lets face it they apologized for a reason

  • Just damn.

  • Violating property rights is violating the most essence and innate of human rights. Fox News, of course, is an absurd source for news [not like MSNBC is, though]. I mean, the worst aggression against property rights, obviously, comes from government. The Federal Reserve devalues the dollars, and consequently our wages and standard of living, to print money to shore up their banks. It's not like property rights are respected in this country anymore. Time to move to China!

  • @mashed107 "Violating property rights is violating the most essence and innate of human rights." No I'd say their right to life is more innate. Property rights only exist because there's an imaginary line on a piece of paper in a government building. Hardly "innate." More like "artificial." Without the government there are no property rights.

  • Fox is a lot like the dog from "Up."

This is Megan Kelly with a Fox News alert. Obama sucks, he's a socialist, a Muslim, and a fascist. Conservatives are the best and liberals are the scum of the Earth. Christians are awesome, Muslims are evil, and everybody should celebrate Christmas. Atheists should just shut the hell up, and coming up next, Glenn Beck will act like a clown and repeat everything I just... FLAG! ... This is Megan Kelly with a Fox News alert.

  • @xJoeEDangerouslyx

And this is different from the sources I listed a few comments down 'how'? Switch Liberal with Conservative and vice versa, put Christian in the place of Muslim, put Earth day in for Christmas and Keith Olbermann in for Glenn Beck in your comment and you just describe MSNBC to a tee.

  • @treii28 "Keith Olbermann in for Glenn Beck in your comment and you just describe MSNBC to a tee." Not true at all. MSNBC gave Michael Savage his own show and they have conservative commentators on all the time. Fox NEVER says ANYTHING EVER good about Obama and Bush could do no wrong for 8 years. Now if Fox gave Michael Moore his own show then you might have somewhat of a point.

  • @sinistar99 - Oh come on, get serious. Saying that Michael Savage is representative of 'the other side' is like saying Richard Hoagland is representative of sound science on Coast to Coast AM. I wouldn't be surprised at all that MSNBC gave him a show. What better way to perpetuate their desire to show 'the other side' as a bunch of self-absorbed, attention craving nut bags.

  • @sinistar99 ah yes, Michael Savage is such a gleaming example of rational conservatism. He spews forth one conspiracy theory after another barely stopping to take a breath between other than to stroke his own ego by reminding his listeners/viewers 'I was banned in the UK!' 12 times in the middle of the comment. Great example.

  • @treii28 "Violating property rights is violating the most essence and innate of human rights. " I'll tell you how. When Keith Olberman contributed money to a political candidate, MSNBC suspended him for violationg their rules. Fox has no rules. Fox pundits not only endorse and contribute to candidates, but Fox and Newscorp themselves contribute money to GOP causes. The difference is night and day.

  • @sinistar99 - MSNBC didn't take any such action until it was made public and raised a controversy. And that was MSNBC's choice. My comment doesn't endorse any such action or make a judgment on it one way or another. But I will say one thing. The other sources are the ones that have claimed for decades to be 'fair' and 'unbiased'. Yet survey after survey shows that not to be the case.

  • @treii28 And this is different from the sources I listed a few comments down 'how'? Keith Olberman got suspended by MSNBC for contributing to political candidates. Tons of people on fox contribute and openly endorse candidates and there are no rules at all in fact Fox itself and News Corp contribute millions to Republican political causes. The difference is MSNBC is a news organization and Fox is not. Its a huge difference.

  • @sinistar99 - Are you saying that it 'should' be the position of a corporation to discipline it's employees for their exercise of free speech (seeing as how the donation of funds has been ruled as 'speech' by the supreme court)? Any challenge I would make to any such 'contribution' wouldn't be to the employability of such a person, but to their integrity - especially if they claim to be 'fair and unbiased'.

  • @xJoeEDangerouslyx

Oh and I forgot the most important one, replace socialist with 'racist'

  • I condemn Fox News, The Young Turks, MSNBC and sometimes CNN for having a definitive bias on a subject instead of being News Reporters.

  • @PainInTheAssInternet The Young Turks never said they were a news program. Fox does. That's the difference. Also you can fact check the Young Turks and find they don't lie constantly the way Fox does.

  • @sinistar99

You can't deny the bias on some of their (TYT's) reports, some of them criticizing Fox in the same way Fox criticizes everyone (simplistic and emotionally-driven as opposed to objective). My point was that overly-biased journalism of any sort should be strictly enforced against. That way, it will become difficult to subtly sway people against certain segments of the population (Left vs. Right etc.), especially when a large demographic pays attention to you.

  • @treii28

Weren't black people described in social Darwinism as sub species? I would call that view of a difference in color racist.

  • @riverlioness Ummm, I'm not an expert on Darwin or whatever you ascribe to 'social Darwinism' but I also don't buy into PC bullcrap. If there is an obvious difference between races, I do not consider it racist to recognize it any more than I would consider recognizing the obvious differences between men and women as sexist. In fact, I consider condemning honest science that recognizes any obvious difference as racist itself.

  • @xJoeEDangerouslyx

    QUOTED

"This is Megan Kelly with a Fox News alert. Obama sucks, he's a socialist, a Muslim, and a fascist. "

    Where is the lie?
