I think its just a screw up. Personally, I feel that it should of been called "Hot Pursuit" because its played during the one way levels.

The reason all the music's different is because the original Donkey Kong Country 3 had too many low notes for the Game Boy Advance to handle, so David Wise created a whole new soundtrack.
