I saw this for the first time tonite...
My first thoughts of the KO was "dive" .... "rigged" .... "fixed".
But I watched it again 10-20 more times and I am absolutely convinced that this was a TOTALLY legit knockdown/out.
It was that very first right that did Couser in. Watch his legs go after the first headshot - the second right was just icing on the cake.
This was all about punch placement - solid in the temple. The reaction (stiff, convulsions) pretty much prove it.

Sitffening the legs and lying down is as old as the hills.
The way to tell for sure is checking the fighters eyes after it. They look glazed or bloodshot, like a guy who just woke up after a good sleep.
Cliff made sure he had his tightly closed, then he shielded them with his arm, then he was squinting and smiling once the doc was taking care of him.
