  • Definitely a great movie theme.

    Flashpoint

  • nice quad poster!

  • Timothy Dalton - The Best Bond!

  • I love that song! <3

  • I've never seen this movie, but I just bought the soundtrack for this song alone.

  • Best bond film. Best song too. Saw it in the cinema when I was about 8 (1987 maybe) Thought the girl rising out of the champagne glass was absolutely fit even at that young age.

  • I just can´t quit listening to this song...it has a lot of ...magic and style

  • Badass song! god, the memories.....

  • magne furuholmen was a co-writer together with pål. but john barry replaced magnes name with his own

  • Favorite Bond anything, ever.

  • @chaoticprime LOL, well said.

  • One of the best Bond themes ever.

  • The quintessential 1980s Bond film.

  • My favorite Bonds are George Lazenby and Timothy Dalton, the shorter the better, I have vowed never to watch another Roger Moore film ever again, he gives you a headache after Moonraker, outstays his welcome by a mile, but still Voodoo, Atlantis, Outer Space, he did some cool shit.

  • @Jur4ssicPark I agree.

  • actually timothy dalton is my fav james bond. the living daylights is my fav bond movie and this is my fav bond song!! enough said!

  • @MrVidalsassoon I agree.

  • Gue banget !! Bravo

  • @IAmOnlyLove You did a fine job putting this vid together.

  • Awesome shit!!

  • One of the worst Bond movies with one of the best songs

  • @nirb8 shut your mouth

  • Solid song

  • This is one of my favourite Bond songs and one of my top movies from the series.

    I love them!!!

  • The best 007soundtrack ever,,,

  • Bond movies from the 80's got something that I love. If I must select any Bond's decade, I would choice the 80's (Moore and Dalton).

  • I love all the Bond actors and all the movies!!

  • @Seargent363 I just think after just seeing OHMSS for a 4th time recently he tried his best to be just like Connery he really couldnt sell me as 007. You see I just cant pick 1 Bond film as the best. Everyone except Lazenby has done 2 films that 2me are the best. For Connery its Goldfinger and You Only Live Twice, Moore its The Spy Who Loved Me and A View to A Kill, I like both with Timothy Dalton, Brosnan its Goldeneye and Tommarow Never Dies and I love both with Craig.

  • Depends on how you take Bond , for me its PB (like the guy says jack of all trades) then Dalton, then Con , then Craig, Moore is at the bottom because he made Bond into an asshat Carry On movie!

  • @charlieiscool1000 if he was such a great Bond why did they go back to Sean Connery instead of pursuing him for Diamond are Forever? George Lazenby couldnt convice as being a good James Bond. OHSS sucked. You wanna talk about a Bond film with emotion, great action and chase scenes and having the best theme watch Casino Royale beucz Daniel Craig plays the real James Bond from the 1950s novels the way was suppose to be.

  • @PUNISHERWarzone87 Many theories exist why lazenby never came back, his agent told him that bond was going no where and he should look else where, the low box office from the movie(which could be accounted for mad advertising). Albert Broccoli even told Lazenby he could have been the best. I agree that Craig(followed closely by Dalton) is the best bond so far, but something about Lazenby makes me like him and I enjoyed OHMSS as much as FRWL(best bond film imo)

  • @WillamRLBaker Roger Moore was not the worst Bond. George Lazenby was. Im glad he only did one Bond film. On Her Majesty's Secret Service sucked. He looked like a jackass. Moore was a lighthearted Bond but hes was great as Bond and at the time was the only actual Brit to play Bond until Daniel Craig became Bond.

  • LOLL WTF are you kidding me George lazenby was a great bond he was judged too fast and unfairly due to the fact Sean connery had been the first bond and everyone regarded him as the real james Bond Roger moore was good but he was too much of the light hearted joker Bond and wasn’t very serious at all OHMSS had the best bond theme out of all the films and had some of the best action and chase scenes it was a proper bond film that was more real and full of emotion unlike most others.

  • Please can someone tell me who is the girl in white bikini in the last scene emerging from behind the wine glass in the above video?

  • Love it.. ABSOLUTELY LOVET IT

  • All the Bonds are superb, but Sean Connery has to be my most favourite

  • @boomerncheeze agreed.

  • 2:57 OMG WHO IS THAT!!!!

  • the first is always the bwst ergo SEANCONNERY

  • All credit due to Timothy Dalton, his performance has stood the test of time given the script he had to work with... had he George Lazenby's material, who knows what any of the modern Bonds could have done with that core story...

  • Best song from any other 007 movies

  • @mhaniffaa Agreed.

  • Roger Moore has style, my favourite Bond, followed closely by Dalton and Brosnan

  • @zagreus316 My favorite Bond too.

  • While James Bond saves the wolrld i don't care if is played by Roger moore, Daniel craig or my favorite one Timothy Dalton

  • dalton and george lazenby are so underrated it should be illegal

  • Yes A ha had the second best bond theme second too duran duran a view to a kill...

  • it's a shame dalton only played in 2 bonds.

  • Dalton is da beast and the best!

  • 1. Connery

    2. Craig

    3. Brosnan

    4. Moore

    5. Dalton

    6. Lazenby the Loser

  • la mujer que aparece de fondo tiene un cuerpo ESPECTACULAR

  • @gonzaloyoungman viste?

  • My list of best portrait of James Bond:

    1-Pierce Brosnan

    2-Daniel Craig

    3-Roger Moore

    4-Sean Connery

    5-Timothy Dalton

    6-George Lazenby

  • Connery: Kicked ass in the morning and took names in the evening.

Lazenby: Pissed his pants after one movie! But broke the fourth wall.

Moore: Name's Clown. James Clown. Instead of a Lotus Esprit he should have been given a clown car.

Dalton: Serious. Dead serious to the point of my barfing. But The Living Daylights was actually good!

Brosnan: Did everything, wasn't really memorable for one thing.

Craig: Very physical and did away with the gadgets.

  • 3 people set their hopes up way too low

  • Best Bond song

  • @xXMusicOfMastersXx

    Exactly..:)

  • Comment removed

  • One of the most underrated Bond songs... and movie for that matter....

  • I really need to see more Bond movies. I think I've fallen for Dalton. -//w//-

And this song is awesome. I love the openings to James Bond movies.

  • @tamamanito2 If you have th re$our$e$, the go to best buy and buy the 4 Volumes of James Bond Ultimate Collection DVD's.

  • Since Dalton was the first Bond i saw as a kid, I gotta label him as my favourite, followed closely by both Connery and Brosnan, although I find that each actor played Bond extremely well in their own way.

I just can't get behind Craig as Bond, I just can't picture it...it's just too different...not to knock him or anything, he still did a good job, imo, I just have trouble picturing it...

  • If anyone of you people were to read the James Bond books by Mr. Flemming you would see that Danial Craig very closely resembles the characture in the novels.....I am not saying that Danial is the best actor , I actually like old ass Sean better. In the novels , Flenmming discribes 007 as dark and moody, dangerous even. That people is Danial Craig..........PS....just my opinion !!!! Roger Moore was an ass who got a lot of ASS...

  • Why did Roger Moore perform in so many Bond films? Should've Timothy Dalton start his Bond career a bit earlier? Probably yes. This is the Bond theme n:o 1!

  • Everyone has their favourites. For me Dalton and Craig are better than the rest by an order of magnitude. Dalton was more hard edged and closer to the original character that Ian Fleming created. Daniel Craig sometimes comes across as marginally psychotic as Bond which is perhaps what I'd expect of someone like that. It was Craig's turn in Layer Cake that sealed the deal for the bond films and it's not hard to see why.

  • Amen.

  • 2nd best Bond after Connery, best Bond henchman (Necros).

  • I still don't get how everybody wants to compare all of the james bond actors I personally enjoy each and every single one of them in fact I enjoy anything that has to do with james bond!

  • I just bought an album with covers of several Bond themes. I heard this one and had to see if the original was just as bad.

    Glad to see it isn't.

  • I loved this film and License to Kill, and I really like Timothy Dalton's Bond.

  • I think most people that were around in the 60's would have to favor Connery as THE Bond and make him their no.1 choice among Bond actors. It would make sense that younger people might favor the other Bond actors as their no.1 choices.

  • I think Dalton was highly underrated, and it's too bad that he didn't do Goldeneye. Here are my favortite Bonds:

    1. Sean Connery

    2. Timothy Dalton

    3. Roger Moore

    4. Pierce Brosnan

    5. George Lazemby

  • @RetroJenny That is my list exactly

  • not sure which is better. this, golden eye or a view to kill. anyway you get props for posting this.!!

  • Dalton was my personal favorite Bond. I remember watching him as a kid. He was so cold, slick, and bitter; everything I wanted to become as an adult...no that didn't happen. : (

  • i love this song but im not interested in this film.

  • Love the song and I think Dalton is great but I didn't really enjoy this film, I much prefer Licence to Kill

  • The Bond movies were best in my opinion before Golden Eye. Better plot lines, better directing, less gimmick factor and marketed towards viewers who better understood what the Bond franchise was all about, instead of trying to go for the "Let's wow the teenagers with explosions!" thing.

  • Cool song,

    Simply great

  • Awsum song. 1 of the best Bond themes.

  • 1.Sean Connery, George Lazanby, Roger Moore, Pierce Brosnan, Timothy Dalton, Daniel Craig.

    2.

    3.

    4.

    5.

    6.

  • @Aotea4ROA i personaly love your Bond actor list, its probably better than all the other ones ive seen

  • @Aotea4ROA Please, take away Daniel Craig....he didnt deserve to be on the list in my opinion

  • It sucks how Timothy Dalton only did 2 Bond films.... they we're sooo good!

Amazing theme for an amazing movie!

  • @magicflea123

The script of both movies was allright I guess, he didn't really convince me as JB however.

  • the best thing is that they are norwegian :)

  • The best Bond film was the Spy who loved me

  • Great song, terrible opening credits.

Also, you think you can take me? Go ahead on.

  • @elfinfluff

    You'd better hiiiiiiide...your luuuunch.

  • i just noticed on a poster it says pg-13 even though this was pg film.

  • @cornjake88 i think the goonies did something like that too, on the VHS it said PG-13 but i saw in a magezine R, i could be wrong this was a long time ago i remember

  • My Personal Choice of the Top 5 James Bonds best and worst

    #1. Sean Connery

    #2. Roger Moore

    #3. Pierce Brosnon

    #4. Timothy Dalton

#5. Daniel Craig<-------------I think hes the worst

  • @Wardog687 What abaout Lazenby?

  • @brotkasten83 lazenby?????

  • @Wardog687

    Aren't you forgetting someone?

  • @Wardog687

not bad. heres my personal top 5 choice.

    #1. Sean Connery

    #2. Pierce Brosnon

    #3. Roger Moore

    #4. Timothy Dalton

#5. Daniel Craig <----------- I don't think hes bad, it's just his re-imagining of Bond will never compete with the originals.

  • @Darthstone01 I dont think daniel craig is all that great

  • DALTON: BEST BOND EVER!

  • Gr8 song. Gr8 movie. (Y)

  • thx very very much

  • Timothy Dalton and Daniel Craig portrayed a more realistic Bond, whereas Roger Moore portrayed a more lighthearted Bond. Pierce Brosnan, however, is the jack of all trades, master of none. As Bond, Brosnan can do both lighthearted and brutal well, but excels at being neither. I personally liked the fact that Brosnan was the jack of all trades out of all the Bond actors. Nevertheless, Dalton still kicks ass, because he's the master of the realistic Bond.

  • @Point50Cal Word. Fucking word.

  • @Point50Cal i agreee well done nice comment

  • @Point50Cal indeed. i agree about dalton and craig. they did the best job of turning a character that fleming had created on paper, and made it real. i like the way they portray bond's attempts to be emotionaly dettached from everything that goes on around bond. my opinion of connery is similar to yours of brosnan. he was an all around good bond, and was able to hit all the characteristics that make up bond. but he didn't really excel at any of them. i like all the bonds though....

  • @Point50Cal i think that Brosman, Especialy in goldeneye just have *THAT!* spy thing.

  • @Point50Cal I totally agree with you....

  • @Point50Cal Wait, what about Connery?

  • @JunkerKun he must have forgotten about him lol

  • @Point50Cal Sean Connery Bro?

  • @Point50Cal Yeah, I definitely prefer Lazenby and Dalton's portrayals of Bond as they make him more human. Dalton's absolutely my personal fav though, just wish he could have got to make more! I think the trouble with the most recent Casino Royale and particularly Quantum Of Solace is, they just aren't Bond films anymore. Craig's a good actor but his role's too lacking in laughs not human and believable enough. QOS was a truly terrible film imho...and what was with the theme to that one lol!?!

  • @johnjnukemsheridan Search around on Youtube for the film's original opening, it even has the words "Quantum of Solace," in the lyrics.

  • @johnjnukemsheridan I agree Dalton had the human factor and showed that bond was not the lover he was shown to be. he also had a vengeful soul when it came to the death of Felix in licence to kill.

  • plus you have a band that had a one hit wonder just around the same time. and do i even have to mention the Aston Martin.

  • @tsaralexi Gotta love the Aston. Beautiful car :)

  • @Point50Cal I agree with you almost 100%. However, no one matches the cunning and swagger of Brosnan, in my opinion anyway.

  • @Point50Cal You forgot somebody. You know, thick accent, pretended to be an Egyptian pretending to be Spanish while sounding more Scottish than a French Scotsman? XD

  • 1 - Sean Connery, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan, Daniel Craig

  • It's all about George Lanzerby

  • i fucking hate timothy dalton, he fucking sucks...

    1° - Sean Connery (awesome)

    2° - Pierce Brosnan (awesome)

    3° - Roger Moore (good)

    4° - Daniel Craig (ok)

    5° - George Lazemby (bad)

6° - Timothy Dalton (fucking awfull)

  • @Mehero1000

    1° -Pierce Brosnan (Bond)

    2° - Timothy Dalton (Realistic)

3° - Sean Connery (Great acting)

    4° - Daniel Craig (a Lesser Dalton)

5° - Roger Moore (Too old)

6° - George Lazemby (what were they thinking?)

  • This Bond theme still slaps!!!!

  • The girl at 2:48 is sooooo pretty!!!!!

  • @livybear336 yes she was.

  • @Stampman78 and easily the best theme song

  • I must say I quite enjoyed Dalton as Bond in this movie, which was great altogether. Don't know why but I really disliked him in Licence to Kill. This is a GREAT tune, mind!

  • My top 3 Bond actors are: Timothy Dalton,Daniel Graig, and Goerge Lazenby

because they play the role of Bond realistic. I don't understand why people don't like these Bond actors because they make the character more realistic and do better than Brosnan, Moore. I like the realistic Bond not the comedic and light hearted type.

  • @TheRAMOS89 What about Connery? He is realistic and comedic.

  • heard this when aha performed in wembley arena on saturday...soooo good!

  • Dalton was one of the best Bond's for me. Not as good as Connery obviously but hard to pick between Craig and Dalton for second place.

  • This is the greatest ever....

  • I like the rhythm beat with score by John Barry and A-ha sets the tone up nicely on the opening titles thou this mix is different from the theatrical opening titles.

  • dalton was bollax! roger moore was like in his 60's for god sake when making occtopussy and a veiw to a kill, better looking and knew how to act! still this is a good tune.

  • extraordinary song for a extraordinary movie. One of the best 007 movies.

  • i don't care what anyone else says...timothy dalton is my favorite james bond.

  • I agree Timothy Dalton was a great James Bond, in many ways superior to Moore and Connery. The Living Daylights was one of the best Bond movies as well.

  • the thing i never understood is why he only did 2 bond films.

  • @andyw19781 such a shame he didn't do more.

  • @andyw19781 The studios were basically going through the same situation that they're going through right now. Dalton just grew impatient and dropped out. I wish he was in more. I would have loved to have seen him in Goldeneye. It would have made M's line about Bond being a relic of the cold war more meaningful. Nevertheless, Brosnan was just as good. Luckily (at least for me because I'm a Craig fan) Craig's willing to wait for the dispute to settle. He wants to do a proper Bond film

  • @andyw19781 Its because he was pissed at the weak story behind License to Kill. I am pretty sure that was likely the first Bond film they made after they ran out of Ian Fleming novels to turn into a movie.

  • EXCELLENY WORK MATE!!!!!!!!

  • By far, the most underrated Bond actor.

  • daniel craig bond films are too unrealistic. i mean jumping form cranes to other cranes?

  • @wigster600 And invisible cars, laserbeam-watches et.c. is more realistic than doing something that's actually quite possible, but very very risky?

Dude, I really hope you're kidding.

  • bond movies are not realistic, they are not supposed to be.

actually craig and dalton are the most realistic bonds so far, and dalton is by far THE best bond

  • @wigster600 The 007 films are SUPOSSED to be unrealistic. And the Daniel Craig films are the most realistic of the series. And the Sean Connery films, of course.

  • the original James Bond,(the 1 brore the new one that plays him now) is amazing hes the best at been OO7, i love a view to a kill by Duran uran too, thats songs epic.

  • #5 Lazenby

    #4 Dalton

    #3 Brosnan

    #2Connery

    And #1 Roger Moore

  • Theme tune = My equal favourite Bond theme.

Necros = My favourite Bond baddie.

  • Gr8 song by A-Ha. Nice Intro 2.

  • Roger Moore >> Dalton

    A-ha >> Duran Duran

  • @thebroodhn OOOOHHH....Tough call

  • Timothy Dalton was the best actor of james bond 007, because he knows the whole charackter of the bond figure.

  • nettes video :b

  • Why did Dalton leave again?

  • One of the better Bond themes, thanks for uploading the

full version. Dalton was an excellent Bond, had at least

2 more films in him, 2nd best Bond of All Time

  • £1 million reward to the person who brings me the head of the 1 loser who disliked this.

  • I saw A-ha live yesterday 28\8 2010 in their farwell tour in Brann Stadium

( Bergen ) it was the biggest moment in my life

and this song was one of the best

  • Fantastic song, Dalton was brilliant as Bond!

  • One of the greatest song's to James Bond's movie! Just Perfect!

  • This is one of the best Bond films in my eyes. Dalton should have stayed on longer. Wasn't he supposed to star in a TV show in the mid '90s? I think it was canceled before it ever aired..

  • Dalton was not the "problem. the Living Daylights was solid. The writing was still 'there.' Licensed to Kill was bad writing — it did not have the right 'fire.' I would take Dalton over the current Daniel Craig. The last two with Criag — who might not be the issue — have been humorless and much to serious. he plays Bond with too much 'negativity.' Perhaps my issue is that I miss Pierce's light touch with the character.

  • @FilamentDesigns The last two films might be too serious but i think it is a reaction to the times when you have other no nonsense heroes out there like Jason Bourne and Jack Bauer, you can't have James Bond seen to being light hearted. But I do miss the odd one liner or two.

  • @rich1701 Agree with your overall point. Only problem — Bauer and Bourne are not "real." Sadly, there are those who feel they are, and it should be the way the U.S. goes about its business.Real life is difficult — be it because of wars around the world, a struggling global economy, the threats of terrorism — we could use a little more of a light touch at times. Put it another way — The original Bond faced the USSR, Vietnam, sluggish economies and was still light and fun.

  • @FilamentDesigns The Bond of Daniel Craig is supposed to be serious, he's the early Bond, before he was elegant and suave. I happen to think Craig does a perfect job of acting Bond.

Many people seem to have problems with a "real" Bond. They like the guy who's in love with every girl and has sex with them, unrealistic villains and gadgets, bad oneliners et.c. but you have to face facts. That's not who Bond really is. He's a ruthless killer, womanizer and he has ALOT of issues.

  • @Pinkaugust i actually miss all the crazy gadgets Q gave to bond

  • Goldeneye was th
