  • @watsdissniffinere Sure did :) Issue 171 Thanks for noticing!

  • @simodawg fuck yeah man that articale is a must read.... you where on your P's when all this whent together aye? (I think it said that in the article somewhere lol its been a while since I re read all my old copies :) howd you get away with driving it

  • @watsdissniffinere Nah I just got my full licence. Didnt want to risk it. But mind you I never got pulled over in 3 years :)

  • @simodawg Doing well man... it took me a whole 6 months to lose my P's, just finished my suspension and now im on good behavior for 2 years lol

  • this is exactly what i want to do to my VR, how much the turbo kit cost and how long did it take to get it all up and running? oh and any trouble with the coppas?

  • @stuffnthat12

Hey mate bought it as a kit but the cost varies alot. Check out Street Commodores online forum there is heaps of info on turboing the V6.

As for the po po ive had no troubles, maybe because i don't drive like a fool lol

  • @Solid9988

haha mate there is already a fan on it. Slimline 16" thermo. Works a treat too, never goes above 1/4 temp

  • what ecu are you using

  • standard delco computer, chip has just been tuned for it

  • hey mate where do u ran tha oil feed line from?

  • Runs behind the alternator and down to a t piece off the oil pressure switch

  • would u recommend rebuilding the engine befor turboing the commodores motoer i mean mine is a echo tech and it has only done 189.000km

  • most just go on a stocko and when it breaks then build it properly. But i you have the funds then go mental i say. Mines just rebuilt to stock specs and has lasted a year on 7psi, but i dont flog the shit out of it all the time. Go onto streetcommodores forum, there is heaps of info

  • hey man nice ride, only one thing i noticed i didnt like, your air intake will be sucking air strait from the radiator, id try and move that

  • The difference in heat once it enters and exits the turbo isn't that much of a worry to me mate. Its just a daily driver and has been fine for me for about 14 months now

  • sonuds pretty tuff nice work

  • Sounds alot better now Ive changed the muffler to a straight through one. but i havent got a good cam to take a vid

  • sick!..im boring myine to a 4.2 L an then turbo charging it gunna be sweet az

  • you cant bore a v6 to 4.2, but you can fit buick crank and rods and stoke it, with a minor modification too the crankcase.

  • @jewlzben yes u can. ecotec 4.2 buick 4.3

  • f'n sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet

  • how its run?what psi are you running?you wouldnt have a diagram or instructions to install the kit would you?i just bought a very similar kit and it came with no instructions thanx

  • Runs pretty good now and only abour 3-4 psi until i upgrade the fuel system and check your inbox

  • very nice.. how much? i want 1 but 4 vs

  • For a VS you would be looking at 2500+ for new kit, but that is my estimate. maybe more. i bought this kit second hand with low k's on it and after everything its added up to around $1200-1300

  • sounds mad

  • Cheers mate, it sounds much better in person

  • g'day mate, i have a standard 1991 vn v6 calais whats the cheapest way to get more power out of the bastard with out spending thousands
