@simodawg fuck yeah man that articale is a must read.... you where on your P's when all this whent together aye? (I think it said that in the article somewhere lol its been a while since I re read all my old copies :) howd you get away with driving it
this is exactly what i want to do to my VR, how much the turbo kit cost and how long did it take to get it all up and running? oh and any trouble with the coppas?
most just go on a stocko and when it breaks then build it properly. But i you have the funds then go mental i say. Mines just rebuilt to stock specs and has lasted a year on 7psi, but i dont flog the shit out of it all the time. Go onto streetcommodores forum, there is heaps of info
The difference in heat once it enters and exits the turbo isn't that much of a worry to me mate. Its just a daily driver and has been fine for me for about 14 months now
how its run?what psi are you running?you wouldnt have a diagram or instructions to install the kit would you?i just bought a very similar kit and it came with no instructions thanx
For a VS you would be looking at 2500+ for new kit, but that is my estimate. maybe more. i bought this kit second hand with low k's on it and after everything its added up to around $1200-1300
Bought a VR a couple days ago, love it so far! Awesome Cars
