i think you mean you want to download ur apps onto ur SD card. u actually cant directly do that. wat u can do is get an app called: "appmanager". This lets u save apps on ur SD card as backup files.

yes u can put any background u want ur own pics or downloaded wants. And u can put as many icons as u want and wherever u want. Its totally customizable. ;)
