@CountDeSade00 what i do is take 2, 3 foot steel rods and solder an ac wire to each. place them both in wet dirt and plug it in. i wouldnt get near them when they are plugged in.

Anyone who uses these things might die trying too. There's a reason why they're not sold commercially anymore. These types of devices are extremely dangerous, and dozens of people have been killed by electrocution when using them:

i made one and can hold the metal part in my hand its just uncomfortable the only hard part to this wand is finding the right place to put it.
