For those who cannot follow Tamil, it would help if you show ingradients and important tips in english as subtitles. Isn't it necessary that the dosa is turned over for proper frying-?

Can we not call it Indian pancake and just dosa/dosai. Why do we always have to explain ourselves? Love the video.
