Pure Aluminum from Alpha Chemicals

I got My aluminum powder today from "Alpha Chemicals" 2lb one...i tried to light it up with a lighter,and doesn't even catch a fire,it burns for 1sec ,and that's it...wtf kinda of a aluminum is this??? ...or maybe it's the Bronze that caches fire>?

lols, i have that too. i wanna advice you one important part tho,

when youre working with chemicals from this size (metals)(oxydators) then use Protection!

this stuff as you said is sooo fine it *bonds* yes and no, its actually absorbed like water, its that small, oure skin is like a free playing field with giant holes init. + use mouth protection bc the particles are so small you cant see em flying or anything.

its a really great Al in this size, its perfect for fp ^^

@propyropower KClO4 and the Al? My 400 mesh Atomized Al from czort mixed with my KClO4 (also from czort), will be very hard to ignite, and when lit, it burns really really slow. How come only my german dark can create something fast and powerful? :D

@pyr0ph1L thats bc the ratio's or off, the gdal uses more carbons i believed and the size is just right.the C also make's it more reactive.i dont know if you use bright al?

nice but for good flash powder you can better get black al the 3-5 micron its very good stuff.

@xBangergoosEx No. It's made in a special way, and I'm pretty sure it's carbon and not charcoal that's mixed with the german dark.
