The one and only time I saw Nojahoda live was at my first ever gig, which was Silverchair (my favourite band) at the Electric Ballroom, Camden. Nojahoda, Cay (RIP, Anet!) and Silverchair. Fucking AWESOME. <3
@Revscapegoat Maladlusted freaky geak tongue, twisted sister eating sheep, big hair toe nails and dirty sheets, creepacdc spandex metal,my floppy disposition speaks,i like eating crispy treats,my skateboard only has 3 wheels,my plastic doll is on the pill, freedom to freak no ja ho da ,
What kind of a person are you,yr behaviour is not one of a rational human being,i feel alone and detached from the world, what is your problem ? i just cant identify with your sense of normality, you sir r a freak
I first saw Nojahoda on the James Whale show after getting in from the pub, the lead singer was dressed as a mexican wrestler......i finally found the albumn on ebay for a few quid..... five years on and i still listen to it!!
Wow, thanks for posting that! I've not heard it for so many years and I'm on a bit of an adolescent nostalgia trip after learning that Keith Baxter from Three Colours Red is no longer with us.
the album took a few years to get into, but 10 years later I'm not bored with, its a propper chewing tobacco type of album at times (I don't chew tobacco)
I saw these supporting Symposium in at Manchester uni in May 1999. Nojahoda were fucking mint live. The sad thing is their album was a big let down for me though.
After i saw them, they put their album out, played Glastonbury and Reading festivals that year, did a 4Music special and then completly vanished. Never heard of them again.
After spending a load of Sony music's money shagging whores for "Teach me how to Fly" video they split. Propper rock and roll.
however i'm sure about 2 years ago I saw Milo on Comedy Lab on channel four doing some comedy show pitching crap comedy ideas to TV executives, his name was Milo and he was described as a "former failed rock star" with a clip of him dressed as a wrestler.
I remember seeing Nojahoda at The Charlotte in Leicester in 1998 or 9? The absolutely rocked the place OUT!!!! At one point I though the buildings foundations were going to crumble because of the intense extreme onstage antics and megatonne PA! AWESOME times! Miss them hugely. *mopes* Nojahoda: a great bunch of talented nutters!

One of the best bands I ever saw live - supporting Symposium in Northampton at the Picturedrome in 1999.

When my wife was pregnant with our second child we played this all the time... When he was born he would only go to sleep with this playing.

nojahodda were great.
the album was alet down tho.
they shared the singing between them, which was a mistake in myn opinion.
think they just rushed the production on a lot of tracks.
could have been massive
