@jazzycat1 they arenot a joke. in fact showstyle bands have been around longer than dci bands have. showstyle bands are made to entertain the crowd with popular music so everyone can enjoy the show while you dci bands only care about being perfect which is impossible to do becase nobody is perfect. and this band is one of the top bands in the country. learn more about HBCU bands before you judge them. i respect both styles cause i marched both styles in high school.

It's ok, but there is way too much bass... you can't hear anything else. A band with a snare and tenor line that size only needs about 5 basses to balance it. Also, there's way too much showmanship. If you can show off and do tricks cool, but don't do them if you can't do them perfectly.

you might be right in the English part but you have no clue what your talking about those are not bass drums they are tenor drums aka field drums but instead of wearing them with snare straps they were them with bass straps, and to correct you, yes quads or called tenors notice the S each drum is a tenor drum, you might be on a drumline but you no percussionist.
