@hihowdigut - It's called the "Goose Step" ... it was originally created by the Prussian military back when armies still marched into the battle field. If a soldier would walk too slow, he would get kicked in the ass ... too fast and he'd kick the guy infront of him. So it kept them marching in unison. Kind of silly IMO but looks good in a parade.

Russian march is difinately the hardest military march of any of them. This is just a little sample of what is done. People fall unconcious during these exercise and only the specific percentage of those who can execute it to perfection are ever chosen.
