If Iran produces 10s of thousands of this missile, and arrange to fire at each single target in the air (whether it be a fighter jet or a cruise missile) from missiles that are 10s of miles apart and from different locations and directions, then it will be extremely difficult for that target to escape, even if it puts out deception flares.

The "Shahin" (which means Hawk in Persian and Arabic) is the reverse-engineered Iranian version of the reputed (improved) iHAWK surface-to-air missile system from Raytheon/USA.
